Flat 38 is the penthouse suite of the Avenida la Antigua building, offering three bedrooms, three and a half baths, and incredible ocean views. Immediately upon entering the flat, you are welcomed by a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a covered outdoor terrace with outstanding Ocean Views. The living spaces are great to entertain guests or just to watch the sunset with a cool drink.

The master bedroom has its own bathroom, walk-in closet, and a large private covered terrace space with Ocean Views. One of the guest bedrooms has two single beds and a trundle to accommodate three people with a private bathroom and the remaining guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed and a single bed with a private bathroom as well. This spacious flat provides plenty of space for a large family or group of friends travelling together.

At Las Catalinas you will be truly pampered! Before you even arrive, our Concierge Service can assist you in coordinating a variety of activities for your trip, including transportation from the airport, car rentals, spa treatments, and tours. We can even purchase groceries for you ahead of time! Safety is very important to us at Las Catalinas, and there is 24-hour security. We also offer daily maid service. For special occasions, ask about our Gourmet Chefs, who can prepare delicious meals in the comfort of your rental home. Of course, make sure to check out our well-maintained trails, perfect for biking and hiking. SERVICE CHARGE:
In an attempt to simplify things for guests, who hail from all across the world, we will apply a service fee of $10 per bedroom per day at the end of your stay. This helps eliminate any confusion for our guests, who come from a variety of cultures with different tipping customs.

HOLIDAYS
Holidays are exciting travel periods, however, before you book, please check your travel dates and observe that holiday periods have a different cancellation policy. Holiday periods are excluded from the default cancellation policy in which non-refundable deposits are required.
