Our Condo is located on the top floor of the Phoenix Towers.(23rd Floor) We are next door to the Ritz Carlton Residences.
Our unit faces south and west. There is a partial ocean view to the south and an intercoastal view to the west. The night view is stunning! Enjoy the amazing sunset each evening from the balcony.
Only 4 units per floor.
We are located right on the beach! Down the elevator, past the pool and you are on the beach! Just bring a towel and suntan lotion. Beach attendants Cindi and Rep will be glad to set up your beach chairs and cabanas for a modest additional charge.

This unit has two bedrooms and 2 baths. Almost everything was replaced after the 'Big' storm a few years back.
The updated kitchen is stocked with all you'll need to cook your meals for the days you spend in,rather than out. New refridgerator and dishwasher.

The spacious living/dining area looks out over the balcony. A south Atlantic Ocean daytime view.
