Spectacular Condo!

10/10 Unreal ocean view. Super friendly and responsive owners. When my husband and I were there we preferred to buy groceries and cook most of the days, and the condo is fully equipped to handle that. The grocery store is just down the road, not even 10 min away, super convenient. There are grills on site that we were able to use, which was awesome!The beach equipment they have in the garage is very easy to haul and set up. We didn’t have to fight for a great spot because it wasn’t too crowded when we were there. The beach itself was nice with lots of good shells to collect and the water is wonderfully warm, unlike the west coast. Also there is an outdoor shower and foot wash station by the pool so you don’t track sand everywhere.There is a plethora of comfy furniture, beds, and a tv in every room. Great water pressure in the showers and plenty of seating on the balcony to drink your morning coffee or watch the sunset.Thanks for a great stay! We can’t wait to go back!

We can't say enough good things about our week long stay here! It was exactly as pictured. Very clean, very friendly host Mary Beth to work with, excellent location and the sunset every night was the cherry on top. We can't wait to come back with the kiddos next year. Book here, you won't regret it.

Spring break 2025

This was the second time we stayed in this unit. We choose it again for the location in the building, proximity to the beach & pool. The tennis court is an added bonus. The building is well maintained - the grounds staff does a great job of maintaining the property. The unit itself is very comfortable, well equipped with all the essentials including beach towels. No complaints !

Mom / Daughter getaway

We were thrilled with our stay. Booked last minute when another property cancelled 2 days prior to our stay. Beautiful condo with every possible amenity. Decorated beautifully. Perfect for my 86 yo mom and her 2 daughters. Location and proximity to beach/ restaurants awesome. Pool was clean with nice surrounding area. Our balcony was just above the pool on level 1 so a little noisy from kids at the pool but not excessively so. Communication was good. Would definitely choose again.

This was our first time with VRBO and it set the bar high! This condo had everything we needed to have an enjoyable and effortless vacation. We enjoyed breathtaking views from the balcony and direct access to the powder white sand beach. The living space was clean, open and inviting with everything we could need for our family to call this space home for a week.

Fantastic condo!

This unit has everything you need! The owner has thought of everything! Plenty of beach chairs and towels - many places do not provide those. The kitchen is fully stocked right down to sandwich bags to take snacks to the beach. The beds are comfortable with extra blankets to take to couch after a long day in the sun. The condo really felt like home. Marybeth has put a lot of work into her place and you can tell. With 7 of us, there was plenty of room. We would 💯 stay here again. From easy check in to checkout, we had no issues. Thanks Marybeth for everything!

Lovely three bedroom condo with a nice pool and amazing view of the Gulf! The condo was very tidy & comfy and tastefully decorated! It had every amenity we needed right down to the beach accessories & towels! The easiest reservation & check in process! We will be back!

Everything and more a family would want for their vacation. Don't miss out on this one!

From the time we opened the door to this pristine condo, with its inviting and welcoming decor, this place was a hit for my family. Everything was as advertised and more. The view and access to the beach was as good as it gets. The Condo offered everything a family would need, updated appliances, comfort, access, comfortable beds and accommodating owners who checked with us before checked in and answered all our questions. If you want a perfect condo, don't hesitate on this one!!!!!!!

The property was exactly as described. The unit was clean, comfortable, perfect location. The first floor location was better than anticipated (ie: minimal noise from the pool or other units). The maintenance team worked diligently to keep the building & property clean every day. My only issue in the kitchen was the lack of a coffee maker. There was a keurig but we prefer to brew coffee in the morning. My other comment pertains to the tennis court (not a direct reflection on the management). We were extremely disappointed that we were unable to use the court due to vandalism. Unfortunately, someone or group broke the cable to the net so no one could play. It is extremely disturbing that a presumed guest would intentionally cause such damage affecting the enjoyment of others. We did appreciate the prompt response from management in having the net replaced. Unfortunately, we were still were unable to use the court due to the persnickety lock on the gate to the court. I did receive a prompt response from management when I called for assistance but was unable to open the lock. I agree with the owner and/or management's idea to use a fob to access the court, similar to the pool. All in all - it was a great week. We look forward to renting again in the future.

Beautiful place

What a wonderful surprise. This condo has plenty of room in a very well-maintained building that's right on the beach, overlooking a beautiful swimming pool. The condo is tastefully decorated, impeccably maintained and in walking distance of some great mom & pop bars and restaurants. I've been coming to southwest Florida for years and this one of the nicest places I've had the pleasure of staying in. I will definitely be back again. If you rent it, you won't be disappointed.
