Great location

The home is with walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants. The heated pool and tiki bar was the family's favorite place to hang out.

Location & Amenities

Perfect location if you like the sun and want to be close to the square. If you just want to hang around the heated pool and relax, perfect for that too.

Location and Beautiful Backyard

For us, we love this home for the fenced yard, the beautiful pool and the perfect location to Time Square and the beach. The owners are amazing to work with. We enjoyed our 2nd time staying in this home.

Great Location!

Location is amazing, close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Having a house on the canal is always a plus. Kayaks were a nice bonus! Spent lots of time in the pool and at the tiki bar.

Fort Myers Beach Stay

Our group had such a great time! Location was A+ as we were able to easily walk to the beach, restaurant/bars and Times Square. Tess was very helpful and accommodating to any needs we had. We would definitely book again!

We had a great time! The property was in a great location. Just a 6 min walk to beach and stores. My boys loved fishing off the pier and us adults loved the Tiki bar.

Great Place!

This was a great property. Close to everything on the beach. Fishing off the dock was nice. The Koster’s were great, very helpful about fishing in the area, local spots. Pool was perfect. Hope to come back some time.

This house has everything that is needed. The pool and Tiki Bar is awesome. Everything is in a close walking distance from the house. The owner was helpful and always available. Highly recommend this property!!!

We had 3 couples and an 11 month old. We loved the 3 king bedrooms, everyone had their space.

Loved this house. Close to the beach and restaurants. The highchair, pack 'n play, stroller, and wagon were a definate draw to this place - all were used! We saw manatees twice in the canal that was a surprise and a bonus.

Girls vacation

The house pool and location are prefect. You can walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. The house was clean and Tess answered all calls before and during our vacation. We are already planning for next year.

very clean, close to pier, time square and all food and bars, fished off the dock and the place was very clean, pool is great and Tess was great to work with since our stay was during the covid-19. Thanks Tess

Perfect Location

We spent a week at pirates cove and the location was perfect. Walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. Tess and Rod were excellent host. The house is appropriately stocked with items you will need. The pool and tiki bar is the place you will spend most of your time. We would love to return.

We are Rod and Tess Koster. We own Paradise Cove, Paradise Cove II side by side rentals sleeping 10 each with pool, Beach House across the street from these two with 4 kings and two baths, Miramar by the Sea a 3 bedroom with pool and hot tub, Heavenly Tropics a 4 king three bath pool, and Sunshine Cove and Sunshine Nook each one king duplex with lock out door and pool all rentals in Fort Myers Beach FL. During the summer we are in Minnesota to be near our four children, their spouses and 10 grandchildren. We have great friends who help us out with our rentals when we are not there. During the winter we are snowbirds and reside on Fort Myers Beach which we love! The kids do come and visit. We have retired from the family car lot and have let the kids take over. Our new passion is property management. We now have 6 properties on Fort Myers Beach so if you don't see the options you want or if this calendar is full, please contact us anyway!
