このコンドミニアムは新しく改装され、2つのベッドルームと、クイーンプルアウトソファベッドのあるデン（ドア付き）があります。 メインリビングエリア全体の新しい広葉樹、新しい家具、すべてのベッドルームにケーブル付きテレビ、リビングルームに50インチのフラットスクリーン。

このコンドミニアムには、思い出に残る滞在をするために必要なすべての料理、家電、必需品が備わっています！ ユニットにはフルサイズの洗濯機/乾燥機があります。

子供と一緒に旅行しますか？ ベビーカー、パックアンドプレイ、おもちゃ、お風呂の必需品が揃っています。

この複合施設には、フルサイズのテニスコート、2つのプール、スパがあります。
プールは温水ではありません。

Nice Stay in Phoenix

Spacious accommodation in a gated community. Well stocked kitchen and pantry. Close to numerous hiking trails. Misty was quick to respond. Would definitey stay here again.

Beautiful condo

This was a very well decorated, and equipped condo. The unit was clean and quiet. The owners were very friendly and responsive to work with. The only reason I could not give it five stars would be the abandoned golf course that surrounds the complex. Hopefully in the future developers will beautify the grounds.

Winter Retreat

My husband and I spent some time away form Colorado snow this winter in Misty's beautifully decorated condo!! Much time, effort, and loving care was put into updating this condo. Well equipped kitchen, great washer and dryer and very comfortable queen beds. We love the fact that it is pet free. The location was perfect for us because our daughter attends Grand Canyon University and there are plenty of hiking spots near this home. Misty was very attentive to our needs and checked in with us a couple of times during our two month stay. We will be back!!

Very pleasant experience.

The condo is beautifully decorated and stocked beyond what we expected. We brought items from home assuming we would need them and never unpacked them. The pool areas are nice but not heated so we couldn’t use them. The location was good for us. Most places we needed to go were within 30 to 35 minutes if not traveling during rush hour. Misty was very responsive to our problems. Unfortunately, the cleaning service she uses did not do a good job of cleaning. There is construction going on immediately next to the unit so the condo was very dusty. We had to make the beds ourselves and did some other cleaning that the service missed. Misty offered to have them return the next day to complete the job. The construction was noisy and dirty but was well advanced by the time we left and would probably not be a big issue to future renters. I would suggest a deep clean of the unit. Overall, I would recommend staying here. We would certainly rent here again.

Perfection!

This condo was perfect for our family during the Christmas holiday. We chose this site because of it's location near our daughter who lives in the Phoenix. Wanting to recreate a little of our family holiday traditions, bake holiday treats and be in a comfortable situation for visiting, we could not have picked a better location. Our stay started out a little tentative - the lock code was not working. However, through quick response using email (we have a overseas phone and cannot make phone calls), Misty was able to get us in the door within 15 minutes. After that, we were thrilled with the comfort, decor, and size of the condo. Our second daughter flew into town to stay with us in the condo - three adults and a couple additional day guests were never "tripping over each other". The condo had nearly everything we needed in the cupboards...but for those few things required for cooking a meal, the grocery stores were nearby. Since we live out of country, there are foods we miss as Americans. This location had all our favorite breakfast places - Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, and Einstein Bagels. The freeway is conveniently located for us to get to any other place quickly. We will certainly be sharing this address with friends.

Quick access to all of the phoenix area.

Unit was very clean, owner was very helpful with the few questions we had. All the neighbors we helpful and super people. My wife and I love to cook and they have a nice kitchen to work with. All you need to bring is your own food to start a great stay.

Great Property

While the community itself is a little older, the owners of this condo have done an excellent job keeping it updated, well decorated, and well stocked. Its competitive price made it an excellent find, and I would gladly rent this property again.

Perfect spring retreat!

The property is beautiful and spacious. We had more room than we needed. The owner was so gracious and easy to work with. Anything we needed, we just sent a text and she took immediate care of it. We will be staying here for years to come!

Loved our stay here.

We love the area, been staying in this area for several years. The condo association does a nice job of keeping the grounds neat and this condo had everything we needed. Owners were great to work with and hope to go back again next year.

GREAT STAY IN PHOENIX AT SPACIOUS CONDO!

My husband and I stayed at Misty's condo in November and all was great. Nice condo, spacious and well laid out and decorated. There was everything one would want in this condo, plenty of dishes and cookware, décor was fabulous, etc. The only downer for me was the fact that the swimming pools on site were not heated, like ice. It was a shame as I love to use the pool, but went to the public outdoor pools instead. You will not be disappointed in this condominium, very comfortable and situated centrally.

Arizona Vacation!

We went to a Nascar race, the Mariners spring training games and Sedona. The condo location was great for all three. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. We had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. The pool was great and we were the only ones using it! Had a quick question for the owner when we arrived and she answered immediately. We have friends that live in the Glendale area and they wanted the condo information for extended family coming in soon.

Great Central Location, even better Owner!

A recent transfer with work had us move from IL to AZ ... VRBO was our solution for temporary housing as we got the lay of the land in the greater Phoenix area. Let me say we couldn't have gotten luckier when we chose this rental. It's a great size, spacious bedrooms with plenty of room for our family of 5. The location made exploration of the entire valley easy with it's access to both 17 & 51. This unit was recently updated with all the finishes and fixtures a traveler could ask. Having fallen in love with the concept of VRBO, but not always the process - I feel that the most important detail is who you are renting the property from. In this case the Owner and Operator are one in the same and Misty was nothing short of amazing. She was always quick with a response to any question we had both prior to and during the rental term. She went above and beyond our entire stay to make sure that her second home was ours while we were there. Thank you for everything Misty!

Great place....very comfortable

This is by far the best VRBO place I have ever rented. I live in town but had a plumbing problem and had company coming from out of town. The owner was very accommodating for a last minute reservation and very helpful. I was very comfortable as well as my other 4 family members. The condo was very roomy and beautifully decorated also. I would stay here again.

Perfect vacation getaway

My husband and I just stayed at this home for 2 weeks during spring training. It is a beautifully decorated home that is very big for a condo, super clean and updated recently. It is an end unit and was very quiet and away from the main part of the community. The home was stocked with absolutely everything we needed and the owner was extremely accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. We will be back next year! Thank you!

If you are traveling with children, we have a highchair, pack and play, stroller, toys and bath toys so that you have less to pack!
