Lovely Vacation

This was a beautiful home with a very nice pool. The home had everything we needed! We really enjoyed everything about the home. It was in a nice neighborhood and there were several parks that we could walk our dog! It was one of the best places we have rented.

Loved Delia's Cozy Home

Loved the lay out of the house. Guests bedrooms were on one end of the house while master bedroom was at the opposite end of the house.Pool was marvelous and we swam almost every day.Delia had little extras like: steamer for clothes, distilled water, card table, plenty of dishes etc.Enjoyed our stay. Family trip to Arizona

Super clean, lots of space. Pics do not do the place justice. Kids loved the pool area for endless hours of fun. Deliah and Connie were super responsive and took care of any issues quickly. Location was not bad and much better priced than Scottsdale. We would definitely return

Wonderful property surprisingly close to downtown Phoenix

This property was absolutely beautiful. Everything was spotless. The owner had stocked all the basic necessities in terms of spices and little cooking add-ins. There was a table large enough for us to host Thanksgiving dinner for visiting family. The beds were comfy and the rooms rreasonably large. The master bedroom is huge, with a somewhat dated but still lovely en suite bath and a ginormous walk-in closet. Two small detractors--only one space in the garage was available to park cars, and the swimming pool heater was not functioning. Other than that it would be hard to beat this place for comfort and value.

April Getaway

House had plenty of room.Plenty of amenities.Pool was heated to our specs as needed.Owner was easy to communicate with quick responses. We had a family matter and owner allowed us to stay an extra day. Thank you for sharing your home.

Excellent property

My wife and I have stayed in about a dozen VRBO properties over the years, and none have come close to Delia's in terms of comfort and convenience. The house was immaculately clean when we moved in. We soon found that the light switches are labeled to indicate the room lighting, and there are helpful notes posted around the house. The house is tastefully decorated and very well-furnished throughout, including the pool area. The kitchen is completely equipped, with a selection of appliances that one does not usually find in a rental property. Delia was instantly responsive when a couple of minor issues did come up during the three months that we were there, and was a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend Delia's house!

Relaxing

We stayed for 2 weeks and loved it, had a wonderful, relaxing time. The neighborhood was nice, the house was very clean and everything was set up so conveniently, it felt just like home. The kids loved the pool and there are a lot of really great places to eat close by. Delia and Connie are wonderful and made us feel so welcomed.

We really enjoyed the house and pool. Delia and Connie were always very quick to respond. The only thing missing was no close tennis or pickleball courts but we found some 15 minutes away. Thanks for a great month.

Wonderful Large home

Home was great. Included everything you needed with plenty supplies, linens, towels, dishes, etc. One of the best homes we have stayed at. Location was in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to major roads. We very much enjoyed the lovely back yard with patio and pool to sit in the sunshine every day. You won't be disappointed in this home. Owner and manager were great to work with also.

So many relaxing spots I thought I’d never leave!

A kitchen fully outfitted with everything you need while away including pool toys and furniture, seating areas outside and inside, a mini office front room space for work from home or if needing to do some remote work while on vacation. I also fell in love with the setup of the living room, games, how cozy it was and made us feel like we were home yet on vacation!

Home away from home

Our stay here was absolutely perfect from booking to leaving. It is the best home we have ever stayed in. It was extremely clean, owner and property manager were friendly and prompt in response, everything we needed and more was stocked in the house. I don’t know how they did it but it genuinely feels like your own home away from home. Comfy and cozy. I particularly like the alarm on back door and how it was set up as I wasn’t as worried about my 4 year old getting outside in the pool without us knowing. I highly recommend this home for anyone and we will definitely be back!

NASCAR people like this area.

Came to Avondale for the NASCAR Championship Race and enjoyed staying at the VRBO house in Tolleson. It works out if you don't have an RV. Go early to the track on Sunday or you will be stuck in traffic. Go #11 House was clean. Pool was amazing. Host was beyond great made our stay seamless. Got in late with no problem. Close to shopping with easy access to freeway. We saw a lot of museums and attractions while here.

An Affordable Oasis in the Desert

We really enjoyed this property! We had an all-girls’ week— two sisters (moms) with two daughters each. Checking in was easy and convenient. The girls enjoyed the pool every day! There were some pool toys and nice outdoor furniture. Light switches were labeled, and instructions were written out for anything that was needed. The house had a beach house feel to it— was a relaxing atmosphere with great decor! The house was spacious, open, and clean. Access to freeways was convenient, and stores, restaurants, and workout facilities are close by. We would stay there again— was perfect for us!
