Location was perfect. Easy beach access and less populated beach but close drive to restaurants and stores including a 7/11 right across the street. Layout was great for our family with older kids.

The home was beautiful and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The location was quiet and right on a beautiful quiet beach. The home and location could not have been more perfect for us. The owners were wonderful as well.

We had a great time! The set up worked well for our family. The views & steps from the ocean are amazing. Host communicated with us throughout our stay & we felt we could contact them if we needed anything.

Fabulous!

If you're looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the place for you! The beach is only a few short steps from the house, located in a quiet area. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores a short distance away. The home is beautifully updated and the kitchen is well stocked. We appreciated how helpful and welcoming the hosts were. Highly recommend!

Excellent location but needs needs repairs and carpet was dirty. Overpriced.

Couldn't ask for a better location as less than 100 yds from ocean. However, in comparison to a condo we stayed at near St. Augustine the prior week, this place was way overpriced and needs several repairs. The carpet was very dirty, in need of a thorough shampooing. For one and one half the amount we paid for the St Augustine condo for a week, we expected the place to be immaculate and in excellent repair. We had to provide paper products, soap. The patio door's locks were not working, one blind was damaged and the screens were torn. We never did completely learn to operate the remotes for the tv's as there were no instructions. We used the charcoal grill once, which I spent a considerable amount of time trying to clean and had to provide our own charcoal.

FABULOUS FUN

in Melbourne Beach, entirely due to this condo and its delightful owner - the views of the ocean were amazing from the master bedroom, its deck, and the main floor with its patio! We also enjoyed the guest bedroom deck for sunset. The condo has been beautifully upgraded, which made it a joy to be inside when the winds and rain prohibited us from being outdoors. Our favorite decor touch was the tide clock - most helpful for timing long beach walks on the firmer sand of low tide. With Covid, we felt more comfortable eating in - the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to fix meals. We did eat an early dinner out once at Skewers in Indialantic. Delicious shrimp, lamb and chicken kabobs. Even the accompanying jasmine rice and summer squash/zucchini were flavorful. Pelican Island Wildlife Preserve was an unexpected bonus - great walking trails, views, interesting signage. Jennifer was a great host; I especially appreciated her positive attitude when I called before our arrival as I had misplaced the door code. Thank you, Jennifer, for providing us a special winter holiday. We would like to return annually and hopefully for more than one week!

Great place

Master bathroom had hair in the shower upon arrival. Had an issue with the washing machine, the cold water was hooked up to the hot water intake, but I figured out to just use it on hot. The screen doors kept coming off track. Broken blinds. It is a great place and great location.

Amazing property with amazing view

We absolutely loved our stay at the condo. It was more then we had hoped for from the location, price and cleanliness. The bed was super comfortable too. They have everything you need for your stay already provides all you have to do is unpack and relax. We will definitely be back many many times.

Peace and Tranquillity

A perfect location to relax and unwind. Everything is there that you need. View of ocean and sunrise from either porch makes it hard to go back inside. The owners were amazing to work with.

Awesome beachfront location!

Love this townhouse! The location can't be beat, to see and hear the waves is just so spectacularly relaxing. The townhouse is very well equipped, in an eclectic way, everything you will need is there for you. Jennifer is fabulous to deal with. We look forward to coming back again next spring!

Super Fun

My wife and I, twin 2 year olds, a five year and 13 year old stayed and had an absolute blast!! Plenty of sleeping room for all of us! Absolutely a BEAUTIFUL VIEW!! The beach was nearly deserted every day we stayed the 1st week of April. Although we didn't use them, surf boards were available. We did use one of the surf rods to catch some catfish the week we stayed which was a blast!! The kids loved catching crabs on the beach at night too! The owner was super easy going and always got right back to me, so props out to her!! We would absolutely stay here again if the dates are available again.

A perfect getaway

The owner was a pleasure to deal with. The townhouse is beautifully decorated and in perfect condition. Everything you could possibly need is at your disposal. You could not get closer to the ocean. The view is magnificent. The sea air and sound of surf are delightful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Beautiful town home with great view of the ocean

The owners were wonderful and made renting easy. The house was well appointed with all the things need for a pleasent vacation. Being right on the ocean provided georgeous views and it was so pleasant to go to sleep listening to the ocean. Everyone had a great week shopping, family entertainment, and many resturants are close by and Orlando is just over an hour away.

Our property is beachfront and our stretch of beach is sparsely populated, even on holiday weekends. Because our development consists of only 21 individual townhomes situated parallel to the beach (as opposed to a condominium complex), we occupy a long stretch of tranquil beach with few occupants.
