Excellent! Location was fantastic for Grandfather Mountain, Alpine Adventure and gem mining! Cozy and comfortable! Great for family with kids. I'd recommend this rental! Extra Special.

Loved it!

Held my very tiny after wedding lunch here and it was perfect <3 This place will hold a special place in our hearts! It was very clean and the location was great! It had quite a bit of parking as well so if you have a few cars or a bigger vehicle there is space.

Sweet little place. My check in information came from an outside source and went to my spam folder so I didn’t think to check there before we left. Lara was very responsive and very helpful. Would stay again!

Great accommodations

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, spacious and well worth the price. I also needed handicapped accessible, and it was. I would definitely recommend this property and would rent it again. I hope this wonderful property survived the horrible storm, and everyone in this neighborhood are safe.

Value Vacation

This place is priced fantastically for what it offers. The location relative to places to go is great, the amount of people it can sleep is great, the communication is great, the showers are great, the wifi is great, and so on. I don’t recommend the following, but we broke a cup and the property owner was cool about it. This was my first time doing a vacation like this, and I am very satisfied with the house we chose.

Nice mountain getaway location

Very clean, well located property. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well- equipped. Convenient to restaurants and beautiful scenery. We hit the leaves at peak color! Host was very responsive to all questions. Great stay!

Blue Ridge family getaway

This was our first VRBO experience. From start to finish it was easy, friendly, and efficient. And when we got to the Loop Chalet, it was even better than expected. . Our property manager went out of her way to be sure that the baby items were there, a portable crib and high chair. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do and we could walk to the lake and pool. We hope to make this an annual event, but stay longer next time. Thank you VRBO, Allison and Lara.

Great place!

It was very convenient to Boone and Banner Elk. The house was cozy but had enough space for all of us to not be on top of each other. The host told us everything we needed to know ahead of time, so we had no surprises.

Whatever season you choose has its special beauty. Springtime brings its new promise of blossoms and green. Summertime at 4,000 feet elevation gives wonderful mountain breezes and the exquisite profusion of white and pink rhododendron. Autumn brings the fall colors to the Blue Ridge mountains and winter brings the pristine quiet snow and skiing/snowboarding at Sugar or Beech Mountain close by.
