Wonderful Vacation

We leased this beautiful condominium for the month of February. The home had everything that we needed to make us comfortable for the month. We enjoyed the quietness and security of the gated complex, and yet it was only a short drive to the many casinos of Laughlin. Bullhead city is just accross the bridge and has numerous stores and restaurants available. We took day trips to see Red Rock Canyon, Las Vegas (90 minutes away), Oatman (you have to see the donkeys), and lake Havasu City. Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon are also close, but we didn't see them this trip. The pool is not heated and cool in February, but they have a nice hot tub. The pool area is great for catching a few rays and reading a good book. I would rent this home again we can work it into our schedule. In short--It is a great home to rent.

Great place, great location

Awesome customer service, very eager to please. Ad advertises pools, but they're not heated in winter. The view is beautiful, but you can't really see the river, the view is of the city lights. We had to supply our own hangers,otherwise everything was supplied. The t.v.'s are very small. We hooked up the cable and internet ourselves, and the owners reimbursed for the cost of basic cable .We visited Oatman, Lake Havasu, Boulder Dam, and Las Vegas. We took 4 motorcycles which all fit in one parking spot, we put our trucks in the visitor parking, and were allowed to park the trailers in a spare lot. The complex was very quiet, and very secure.We'd definitely recommend this place, and hope to come back soon.

great condo with a view

very comfortable and central location made our vacation here just fantastic!! good place to stay if you like golf, day trips and casinos. you just have to take the time to visit the grand canyon, lake havasu and a little town called oatman. hopefully this condo is available for us next year......
