This is a small beach house: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
The bathroom is in the hall, not connected to either bedroom.
The "master" bedroom has 1 fullsize bed. And the room is small, so one side of the bed is pushed up against the wall.
The second bedroom seems larger, and has a bunk bed. The bottom bunk is a full size bed, and there is a pullout trundle bed underneath the full size bed. The top bunk is a twin size bunk.
I guess, with the trundle bed, you could have 4 people sleeping in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 people sleeping in the "master" bedroom.
But, the house would be very crowded with so many people, and there is only one bathroom.
We had 2 adults, 2 kids, and that was about perfect for the size of the house.
There is stuff (belonging to the owner?) in the bedroom closets, so we didn't try to utilize the closet space for our luggage or clothes. So, the floorspace of the master bedroom was crowded with our stuff during our stay. I should have checked the dresser drawers. We probably could have used those.
The kitchen is great. They had lots of kitchen equipment.
We ate "in" almost always, and they had all the kitchen utensils we needed including sharp knives, frying pan, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
Stuff we wanted, but wasn't provided:
Extra trash bags (we had 1 kitchen trash bag)
More toilet paper (we had 3 small rolls for 6 nights)
Ziploc bags
Extra paper towel roll
Hair dryer
coffee
Kids, 6 and 10, had a great time at the beach, and there is an abundance of beach toys in the storeroom. We took different ones each time. They provided a surf board, stand-up paddle board, sand toys, noodles, a donut-shaped float, tonka truck, large sand pails (actually old paint pails, which are perfect!). And, there was a child's life jacket (I think size small) which fit our 7 year old.
The weather was great. But, IMO, it is too hot in August for mid-day beach'ing. We went in the mornings, about 7am-9am, and again in the evening at about 5 or 6pm until sunset at about 8:30pm. We didn't need sunscreen for those hours.
We had a jellyfish sting at the end of the visit. However, I never saw any jellyfish. In case of sting, I advise bringing a little bottle of vinegar to the beach with you. We didn't have vinegar, but we used the balsalmic vinegar from the beach house.
Internet service was excellent.
