Donna was so accommodating! She over delivered allowing me to check in early and check out later that expected as well. There was inclement weather and snow shovels were provided The home was so charming and conveniently located.

Donna was a great host! She responded very quickly and checked in to make sure things were going well. When issues arose she was able to take care of them quickly. The villa was easy to access, right off the main road.

Perfect location

The property was clean and as described. No issues with property owner or property itself. We stayed on a very hot weekend and the AC kept up well. Would recommend.

Extended Weekend stay for Purina Event

We enjoyed our stay at the villa! Donna was great to work with and got back to us promptly with any answers ro questions we had. We did have to wash dishes and the towels had a musty smell, but overall we were fine. We also encountered some noise issues with one of the other tenants since the apartments were all connected. We'd definitely stay here again or work with Donna again.

Lovely

We were in town for a friends wedding. This place was only 12 minutes from the venue. We brought my brother and his fiance to watch our kids with us. This place was very nice with plenty of room for all of us. We played outside and had plenty of privacy. It was a 30 minute drive to the St Louis Zoo which we visited. Overall, great place and very friendly seller.

Could have been better

This property was fairly good. Unfortunately we needed because of dietary restrictions, we cooked almost all meals at the facility. All dishes needed to be rewashed before using (we eventually went to paperplates and plastic utensils). The cook pans were very old as was the cutting board and other items. There was no bath/shower soap or facial tissues. We bought our own. This facility was booked because of needed access and no steps. Interesting though was that two of the beds were raised very high off the floor and were somewhat difficult to get into for anyone handicapped.

Family Reunion

We stayed in two of the properties which were located one above the other. Good location for what we needed and the owner was very helpful. We were not looking for high end so this was priced about right for what we wanted and got.

Would recommend

Excellent, fast communication with the owner. There was a slight hiccup that was responded to well. Even though you aren’t far off the highway it’s surprisingly quiet in a dead end, so not a bunch of traffic going through. The layout of the apartments is nice because the entrances/patios aren’t side by side, they’re staggered in different sides/levels of the building. The large grass area was both pretty and a relaxing place to walk my dog. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio. Cozy inside. It’s amazing much sound each room absorbs. Made a difference for us since there were 6 adults. Very close to a nice grocery store. Would definitely stay there again when in the area!!

3 day stay!

The villa we stayed in had a bad mildew odor. Comforters and bed linens did not appear to be clean. The bed my husband and I slept in sagged to the middle. The sheets for beds didn’t match and had stains on them. Red sectional couch had stains on it. Second bed squeaked with every movement. Third bed was very hard and had pet hair on comforter.

The Villa is small but we were aware of that in advance. It was very hot out and the air conditioning worked great. Walking distance to Supersmokers (tasty BBQ) and Spooners (frozen custard). Quick drive to Walmart and gas stations. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Close to Six Flags

The place is a garden unit conveniently located near Six Flags and some popular fast food locations. It has low ceilings in the common area. It’s quiet and the manager was very accommodating and quick to respond to my questions. A few negatives were that the place had a musty smell. Also, we didn’t have hot water on our first night. We got home late from Six Flags and there was no hot water, resulting in many vigorous but cold showers. This somehow was fixed by the AM. I never called about it because it was 10 o’clock at night. Lastly, I feel the place could’ve been cleaner. Either the sheets in every bedroom we’re not washed or the duvet covers were dirty as every bedroom had bits of grass or crumbs on the sheets when you pull the duvets back. Not having hot water was the main issue, but overall it was an okay stay.
