インディアンレイクで最も美しい島々の1つに位置するこのホテルは、リラックスしたい人や日常から1〜2時間楽しむ人に最適なバケーションスポットです。この湖畔の家は、セミノール島の北西に完全に位置し、湖の素晴らしい水面を提供します。 1日中は、ボートの激しい移動から離れているため、楽しくリラックスしたスイミングや釣りを楽しむことができます。夕方には、プロパティの海岸線から壮大な夕日を楽しむことができます。日没後、可能な活動には火球の周りでリラックスしたり、トーストマシュマロを食べたり、星を注視したりできます！

2014年に改装され、2019年春に新しい外観に仕上げました。この家には、インド湖を見渡せる床から天井までの窓が備わるドラマチックなレイクルームと、完全なキッチンが備わっています。寝室にはベッドルーム3室、寝台ソファ、1/2バスがあります。この家は8名収容可能です。

Loved the place

Wonderful experience at Virgil's Cabin. The cottage is right on the lake with its own boat dock and concrete sitting area. It was clean, convenient, and reasonably priced and located in a quiet and peaceful location on Seminole Island. Look forward to coming back here in the future.

Perfect Place

Virgil’s Cottage on Seminole Island was just the perfect place for our May Getaway. Right on the lake, gorgeous sunsets and a beautiful view. The Saugeye catch was an added bonus. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and all of the amenities. The hosts are very responsive and we met one of them in person right before checkout to chat a bit.

Love the cotton candy sunsets

This is our 4th time staying at this cottage and our 7th year staying at Indian Lake. We love this cottage because we are able to bring our goldendoodle with us. Large enough for our family of 5 plus the pup. We rent a pontoon from Spend a day Marina, fish, boat, tube and kayak on the lake. Love evenings at the dock with a fire and the cotton candy sunset views from the dock. Thank you to the Ferbus family for hosting us year after year.

Great location. Enjoyed the outdoor surrounds. Comfortable insides.

Enjoyed our visit and stay very much. A bit of miscommunication with regards to bed linens. Inconsistent between listing and e-mail from owners on this issue.

A Great Spot on the Lake

My family and I were very happy with our accommodations at Virgil’s lake house. While the cottage seems small, the living space (kitchen, family room and 4 seasons room were open and spacious. In addition, with the 3 bedrooms and pull out couch we were able to sleep 8 comfortably when needed. The property was very well maintained and everything was clean and in good working order. We love being on Seminole Island and the lake view and sunsets were excellent. We had a great time and would love to come back again. The owners were very nice and accommodating too!

Weekend get away

We had a wonderful time during the weekend we went to Froggy's we also visited the Cranberries we were able to catch the Buckeye bash at Froggy's did some fishing wakeboarding and pulling of the tube if was perfect there wasn't a lot of traffic at all the property itself is located perfectly on the lake close to open areas on the water great Neighbors the house was clean well organized and the owners are very pleasant overall we had a great time and I am sure we'll be back in the future

Loving the Lake

Great location, clean, neat and comfortable. Had everything we needed and expected. Would have easily worked well for 2 couples, but would have to share shower. Walkable neighborhood and to Cranberry Resort, easy drives elsewhere. Not sure if swimming off the dock is ever great, but nice to have the option, and would work well for kayaks. Overall very happy and relaxing weekend.

Perfect Spot

We live in Powell, and my wife and I were looking for a close-to-home getaway while our youngest was away at camp. Love the house and the location! 8 minute walk to Cranberry's, which was awesome...ate almost all our meals there. Spend a Day Marina has reasonable weekly rentals and brand new boats, so having a nice dock at the house was a real plus so we could enjoy the water every day. Mark the property manager was terrific...all in all a great experience...we will be back. Thanks!

Nice place,not fancy

Comfortable, and gave us a nice gathering spot for our family to have fun together. Would have liked outdoor lights entrance and back. Kerrig pot doesn't work also.

Anniversary Vacation

My family had an Anniversary Party for my parents. Ages from 0-85. Everyone had a wonderful time . The grandchildren fished and kayaked. We sat around the fire pit in the evening. So tranquil. Kitchen was stocked with all the pots and pans you would need. The solid bank of windows Looking out onto the lake was the show stopper. We enjoyed watching the pontoon boats going by. Kirk was very kind and helpful to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again .

Great location and beautiful view

Great location and beautiful view. The sliding doors all along the back of the house allowed for great views from inside. The wood was provided for the fire pit and the gas grill was nice. We used the dock for a rented boat. The beds in the two queen bedrooms were very comfortable. We were glad that there was a washer/dryer. Only surprise was the room listed as two twin beds is actually bunk beds not suitable for adults because of how low the top bunk is (can't sit up on bottom bunk). One sofa in the living room was a sleeper but not real comfortable.

Many memories with family and friends have been made over the years, and we will cherish them always. We loved our location so much, we acquired the home next door to us in 2009. Since that time, we have allowed others to come to Indian Lake to make memories of their own to cherish. We look forward to having you at the lake soon!

The isles of Indian Lake is an idyllic location for a vacation. After passing Moundwood Marina and crossing over the South Fork of the Great Miami River, island life begins on Lake Ridge. Dream Bridge helps to connect the rest of the islands, including Shawnee (home to the famed Cranberry Resort waterfront bar/grill), Seminole (where our home is located), Miami, Pew (nice walking trails), Turkey Foot, Tecumseh, and Minnewauken. Water surrounds you in every direction. Golf carts abound. Boaters wave as they pass by the shoreline. Relaxation and adventure await. Don't just take our word for it!
