家はとても広く、快適で家族や友人のグループに最適です。 この壮大なアパートは6階に位置し、エレベーター付きで200㎡の広さで、美しい眺めとバルコニー付きの大きなリビングルーム、キッチン付きのダイニングルーム、4つの大きなベッドルーム（クイーンサイズのベッドマットレス190×160cm、 1つのベッド（190x120cm）と1つのシングルベッド（190x90cm）のベッド1台付き）。 全室に大きな窓があります。 リビングルームにはクイーンサイズのソファベッドがあります。 家具は豪華で、家はユニークで素晴らしい景観と静かな雰囲気です。 エアコン、暖房、無料wifiインターネットアクセス、テレビ液晶。
このアパートメントは、Viale Due Macelliからの入り口があるXIX世紀の建物内にあります。 スペイン階段とトレビの泉に隣接して、中心部の素晴らしい場所です。 SpagnaとBarberini地下鉄/地下鉄は徒歩2分です。

2015年5月にアパートメント改装を完了しました。

Fantastic 4 bed apartment in the center of Rome. Lovely lounge and large bedrooms. We had 2 young children as part of our group which the hosts went out of their way to get a playpen, stroller and a high chair for us to use while we were there. Couldn’t have been a better place to stay in the heart of Rome. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to our needs.

Perfect Location and Great Penthouse in RomeWe had a wonderful stay at this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath penthouse in Rome. The location was outstanding—close to both the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, which made it incredibly easy to walk to many of Rome’s major attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shops.The condo had plenty of room for our group, and having four bedrooms and three bathrooms made traveling together very comfortable. The penthouse was a great place to come back to after a full day of sightseeing.If you’re looking for a spacious place in the heart of Rome with an excellent location for exploring the city on foot, this is a great choice. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property. AC worked amazing in August and they had an elevator to get to the 6th floor. The property manager was so helpful and nice. Greta location.

The location of the apartment was fantastic. Top floor of a building with spectacular views from the balcony. And the communication with the host was great. However, the photos were not representative of the apartment. In real life, the apartment is older, decor is different. In fact, it seems as though several images on the site have been altered. We also had 1 shower that did not work. None of these issues impacted our stay significantly, but I did feel a bit misled by what we thought we were getting and what we actually got.

Good morning, thank you for the review. I'm glad you liked the house and the location. If you had told us that you had a problem with a shower during your stay, we would have sent Pasquale, our handyman, right away. In fact, I was surprised to read for the first time in the review that you had a problem with the shower. As for the photos, they are all authentic; it's just that the ones taken by the photographer are from 2015 when we started renting the house. Then in 2022, when we replaced the beds, we added some photos (not professional) which you can still see on the listing.

It was an incredible stay from the moment we made reservations till we checked out. Francesco was very quick to respond to answer all my questions quickly, long before we got there. Each one of our family members were thrilled with the beautiful, incredibly comfortable and clean home. It was a perfect location as well. So close to iconic attractions, a supermarket and an outstanding bakery/caffe right across the street as well delicious residents everywhere. And if you’re concerned that transports and taxis won’t find the place, have no fear. We had no trouble at all coming and going. It was an amazing place to stay.You will not be disappointed. So worth every penny. Thank you Francesco.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very spacious and filled with amazing light. With a heat wave in Rome (“feels like 103 degrees” most days) the AC was amazing to come home to. We stayed as a group of 8 and had more than enough room for everyone and all our things. My only regret was that we were so busy we didn’t have as much time to just sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful space.

This is a great location within walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to see without being in the middle of the chaos We traveled with 3couples plenty of room for everyone bathrooms are small like others have said but it’s Europe we were fine Host was responsive to all our requests We would stay again

So great!!!! Eat walking to shops, Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Great restaurants nearby! Still walking distance to the coliseum. Large space and views from windows were spectacular!!!!

Absolutely amazing and spacious apartment steps from the Trevi Fountain. This rental offers multiple bed rooms and bath rooms plus a large family room and kitchen adjacent a lovely small outdoor patio. We were able to walk to all the major sites in the area. Side streets nearby offer awesome outdoor dining options. Highly recommend.

We had an overall enjoyable stay at this property. The location truly stands out, it’s convenient, beautiful, and made getting around very easy. The home itself is spacious, with a great number of bedrooms that worked well for our group, and each room having its own balcony was a really lovely touch.Communication prior to check-in was excellent. We received all the information we needed ahead of time, which made arrival smooth and stress-free. Communication regarding a missing espresso maker piece felt slightly awkward which detracted a bit from an otherwise positive experience. That said, we still had a great time overall. The location really is wonderful, and aside from those issues, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding with Allan, perhaps his English isn't good, but he wanted to ask if you knew where the tray for the Nespresso machine that he couldn't find at home was. Once we established that it was presumably thrown by mistake by you in the garbage, let you know that we would have to charge you for the cost of buying the missing part. Hope to host You again in future in one of our properties!

Our positive experience started immediately after the booking process. Fidia reached out and offered various services and contacts from transportation to/from airport to contacts to help us choose the best tours for our family of 8. The spacious apartment is centrally located in the heart of Rome, walking distance to many major attractions. The large kitchen table and living room easily enabled us all to gather and reflect in our amazing days and plan for the next. The washer and dryer makes packing so much more manageable. The apartment is bright, clean and welcoming. Our hosts Fidia and Alan welcomed us with open arms and were readily available if we needed them. We highly recommend this property.
