Amazing stay!

Amazing location! Beautiful, well-maintained home! The creek running along the back side of the house and the fishing pond provided hours of entertainment for all of our children. Also, the game room provided more hours of entertainment! Everyone wants to come back again. We loved being so close to the Smokies, Gatlinburg, and PF, and Dollywood.

A Great Spot

Great property for vacation with extended family. The creek right outside the backdoor, the fishing pond, the nice community pool a 5-min walk away, and the nearby nature trail gave our family great options for enjoying the outdoors. The covered bridge at the entrance to the Cedar Falls resort provided a great spot for family photos. We had a local photographer come. The kitchen inside the place is indeed well-stocked, even having corn cob holders! Arcades in the game room are all free. All pictures on the listing were accurate except the bunk bed room at the top of the stairs. The bunk beds no longer exist (at least as of 6/15). It now includes a queen and maybe a twin. A nice surprise was a recently renovated downstairs bathroom that is now a full bath, although the remodel didn't include a vent pipe so it gurgles a lot. Another convenience is that the property manager picks up the garbage (other nearby rentals required guests to take their garbage to dumpsters). You just text when your garbage outside is full (which for 18 of us was every day and a half or so). My family had a wonderful time here!

The house (mansion as my grandchildren named it) was fabulous. It was entertainment alone for us all. The space was wonderful, the game room and movie theater were the favorites of my grand children. We love vacationing all together and this was the perfect place!

Just perfect

My family and I had a great time here. The small personal fishing pond was the best part for two of my cousins. There was more than enough space and activities to do in the cabin making our time in East TN that much more enjoyable. Everything was exactly as described.

Amazing Cabin for the Family

I have stayed in the Smokies in many different cabins and hotels over the years. This is the award winner. So roomy and teens have plenty to do on the property such as the game room and outdoor basketball! Adults loved the private pond with the fishing. Location is just beautiful too.

The best house yet!

We had 10 adults and 6 children under the age of 6 on our trip. We typically vacation to the Outer Banks in large homes and decided to go to the mountains instead. This was the best house we've ever stayed in. It is spacious, clean, well-equipped, superbly located near everything yet feels private and in the mountains, and has something for everyone. The children loved the game room and movie room. They also loved the hot tub and walking in the creek. The community pool is an easy walk and we typically had it all to ourselves. The fish pond is so close to the house that you can fish from the bank with family enjoying the fire next to you in Adirondack chairs at the shaded fire pit. The best catch in the pond are catfish and you'll catch and release plenty if you have chicken livers. The dining room table is large enough for the entire family and small tables are along the wall for children, with extra children's chairs upstairs. We like escaping cell phone reception on vacation, but if that doesn't work for your then you should note that cell reception is limited. The Wi-Fi worked well though and we resorted to FaceTime audio-calls or walking up to the end of the driveway where you could call out. We had a few ants and upon reporting, someone was sent out by the office within hours to take care of it. The office has discounted Dollywood tix available. This is a great home and we look forward to returning next time we decide to get away to the mountains.

Summer Getaway

There were 12 in our group with 2 sets of parents and kids ranging from college, high school, and elementary. Everyone had a great time! Plenty to do for all of us when we were at the cabin. We took advantage of the fully stocked kitchen and cooked every breakfast and several dinners while we were there. Evening gatherings around the fire pit to reflect on our day quickly became a ritual. A fantastic place to relax and spend quality time with family and friends!

Amazing place!

The home is beautiful and clean, most well stocked kitchen ever! Absolutely loved the creek out back. Info on cabin: there are 3 bedrooms downstairs, 2 of which have bathrooms and there is a half bath outside the other room. Upstairs there is also 3 bedrooms, 1 has a full bath and there is a bath with shower only in the hallway, one of the rooms has large bunk beds but not a lot of other room. There are a couple of loft areas and a huge movie room over the garage. Would love to stay here again if we have a large group trip!!

Wonderful Spring Break Vacation Site for Large Maryland Family

The Cedar Falls home was exceptional. We are a family of 16, eight adults and 8 children, ages 9 to 3. The home met the needs of all of us! We all had plenty of room; the home was comfortable, clean, picturesque, and serviceable in a bucolic setting. The children enjoyed all the inner spaces, including the game room, their own special bedrooms, and especially the big round family table. Outside they played on the big lawn, in the stream that runs alongside the home, fished in the pond, and enjoyed the goslings and the red cardinal that greeted us all at many of our windows each morning. Located close to Dollywood, which was our principal focus, we also enjoyed the Smokey Mountain National Park and many other sites nearby. Shopping was easy. Margie Ella, Lori and all Maple Ridge management staff were superb: Responsive, helpful, caring, and competent. Their response time to any inquiry for information or help was startingly quick! We appreciated their great service. We appreciated their attitude and help so much! Every one of us was reluctant to leave Cedar Falls....but Easter Sunday and the beginning of school after spring break beckoned our four nuclear families. We enjoyed our entire Tennessee trip....the Cedar Falls home and Maple Ridge management made it extra special.

A perfect place to spend time with family and friends!

This place was absolutely fantastic – everything we needed in a stunningly beautiful cabin! From the moment we arrived to the sad moment when we left as we wanted to stay a few more days, we were constantly engaged with the property. Playing games in the game room, watching a movie upstairs in the movie room or just hanging out by the beautiful fireplace – there was so much to do! This cabin was fantastic, and it is a absolute must if you were looking for a place to bond with your family!

#45 Creekside

Excellent cabin. The most well-stocked kitchen ever! I was able to find anything needed to prepare meals and everyone was comfortable for meals and sleeping even with 14 people in the cabin. Highly recommend this for vacations with family and friends!

Me and my family of 15 had a blast at this lovely cabin retreat!! All the children were asking when we where going back the moment we pulling out the driveway!! Five stars!!

We are a close knit family that has always loved the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. We take great pride in our Creekside Lodge and have designed everything to revolve around family and assuring our guests that their family is welcome and safe here. We have worked very hard to meet and exceed our guests expectations, therefore we do not allow parties or any large groups to rent for those reasons. We do welcome families to come back year after year.
