High standard

Fantastic location with amazing views. Walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. Nice and clean apartment with good quality beds. Host very communicative and helpful.

Honeymoon in Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon here! However, a week wasn't enough time to relax, have a few beach days and explore the island. I would suggest 10 days to two weeks min. Our Host: Nathalie is awesome! Communication was great. We had a late flight and she arranged a taxi pickup. Fortunately for us she was on the island Jan-Feb and greeted us at the unit around midnight! Her attention to detail and organization of the unit is spot-on. Small examples..we had no toothpaste due to TSA confiscation and there was a one use packet already provided. Carton of milk was in fridge ready for morning coffee. My wife was thoroughly impressed! And we were both quite touched by the romantic package arrangement which Nathalie inquired about and customized just for us including our initials in rose petals with heart, lots of roses, chocolates and a special bottle of Cava waiting for us..soooooo perfect!! One day we all enjoyed breakfast and got to know each other, very special and memorable. Nathalie is a very nice person and has a genuine passion for the island and her guests! The Unit: Very modern, clean, well equipped and felt just like home! Located in the Donana complex on the 11th floor overlooking the beach, ocean and city. A very spectacular view! The site pics only scratch the surface of the beauty here. On the 8th floor (street level) are several restaurants, a grocery store, a couple car rental agents and other shops. Very convenient! The units exterior glass doors are two sets of three panes each, opening up the terrace to almost full use from the inside. Which makes for great sunbathing around 3pm. Another plus, it was super quiet, we never heard any noise from the neighbors or from the outside after about 10pm. Lastly, sleeping to the sound of the surf was so relaxing and unforgettable! The Location: Patalavaca offers two very clean, spacious beaches. The second only a short 10 min walk away, has many restaurants, shops and water sports. We felt very safe and seen no signs of crime. Suggestions: Cafe on 8th floor has really good food and friendly owner. Submarine ride in Puerto de Mogan, they provide free shuttle service, very fun memorable experience. Maspalomas a nearby city has spectacular sand dunes, great sunset! With good restaurants nearby. In Las Palmas we went to the Poema del Mar Aquarium which was amazing! Nice hiking trails nearby too. Wonderful host, great location, beautiful apartment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! We will return :)

The property is right on the beach with secure access, via a private elevator. The apartment is on a high floor, with excellent sunny views and spectacular sunsets! Recently renovated to the style and quality of a 5-star hotel. Conveniently located to many activities, restaurants, and shops, with easy public transportation. Make an unforgettable and romantic holiday!

This is one of the few properties on the island that is directly on the beach. Patalavaca Beach is just outside the building and has a lifeguard. Many local activities are just a short walk away on the beach/walking path. The sunset views are incredible.
