フラットは、テネリフェ島の南に位置するチャーミングなプラヤサンフアンにあります。ここでは、天気は常に晴れていますが、それでも大勢の観光客から保護されています。

Comfortable Apartment

A well provisioned apartment in a central location near the town square with shops bars and the beach nearby. Communication with the owners was very good and Timi gave us the keys and showed us around and was very helpful. We plan to stay there next year

Home from home nicely located

We had a lovely stay in the very clean apartment only a short stroll to the beach and restaurants. Nice friendly neighbours. Parking was a challenge but we always found a spot in the end. The smaller the car the better! The lift was essential to me as a disabled traveler. All communal areas were spotless Kitchen was well stocked with pots pans plates etc. Compact kitchen but very user friendly has everything you need. Plenty of towels in bathrooms and really appreciated the extra pillows. The owner was away while we stayed but was very helpful before we arrived and we had a contact just around the corner and found this very useful. So no worries at all. We have booked again for next year as we really settled in and felt it was a home from home. Having 2 bathrooms was our main concern and both are a good size. The main bedroom was a lovely size. The second bedroom was still a double and both had adequate wardrobe space and hanger. We appreciated the roll down shutters to keep morning sun out and have a lay in and to keep the main room cool. Though there is aircon in bedrooms and lounge. Ours broke in the main bedroom first day and as it was over the holidays didn’t get fixed but we bought a fan and having full length sliding doors/window for a breeze managed just fine. lounge also has sliding door/window so was very pleasant when a nice breeze was blowing. It should be noted although there are 4 dining chairs there are only 2 armchairs ( not a problem for us) but you might find you need comfy seating for 4 people. Roof top has loungers and armchairs and table etc. Please note- There were a few discrepancies from the advertised property facilities which were at first disappointing. Listed as having a dish washer but it doesn’t just a sink. Does have a washing machine upstairs which was very helpful as we stayed 3wks so was nice to wash our sheets. Also not fully wheelchair accessible big step at front door. I did book as a wheelchair user but thankfully I can get out and do a step but please check before you book as my husband did get very worn out lifting my electric scooter and it did mean I couldn’t come and go without assistance. You might want to check first if you cannot do a step. But inside apartment all level and easy to access. Slope up to the lift so no more steps once inside. We had a lovely time felt very relaxed and chilled and so did our family who visited part of our stay.
