Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Ocean Grove. The location is hard to beat. Everything is close by and accessible by walking. The beach is a couple blocks away and it was so nice to have chairs provided. The house is a bit older so you can hear a lot of noise like people walking above you, so bring ear plugs if that bothers you.

The space was perfect for our family vacation. The porch was a particular favorite for us and the fact that it is situated within walking distance to the OG beach and Asbury Park. Only issue we had was regarding the lock on the unit’s front door knob, which locks but does not actually catch. It was not a huge inconvenience and we just locked the deadbolt whenever we left once we realized the issue, but something the owner should look into. We would absolutely book the unit again. Thank you for a great trip!!

This cozy apartment is all about the deck, which is fabulous: great ocean view! I ended up spending as much time there as I did the beach. Hosts were solicitous and responsive. Had a lovely time!

Photo is not what it looks like. Carpet is not gray and is old. Liked that it was so close to the boardwalk and beach. Cozy and comfortable but furniture and kitchen area is tired looking. Beach getaway

We loved our stay! The apartment was as advertised- clean, quaint, and great balcony. It was perfect for my husband and I with our young baby. The neighbors on the street were very friendly and kind. Also it was perfect walking distance to the beach, downtown Ocean Grove and Asbury park boardwalk. Check in and out was easy.

Cozy Apartment

I enjoyed my stay! The apartment was very clean. Lots of towels and linens included. I loved the swings on the porch and spent quite a bit of time out there reading. The beach was less than two blocks away and beautiful. The apartment was equipped with all you would need if you wanted to cook. It was a perfect size for a solo trip. Be aware, however, that the building is quite old and there are two steep flights of stairs to climb to get to the apartment which could be challenging for some people.The location is ideal because it is easy to walk to Asbury Park across the foot bridge near the park or along the boardwalk. Lots of restaurants there with plenty of choices. Parking is always challenging in this area. Park your car and leave it, especially on weekends.Everything you will need is within walking distance.

Perfect place for both Asbury Park & Ocean Grove!

My fiancé and I stayed here for a long weekend trip and it was perfect! Stella responded quickly to our messages and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, Cookman St, and some stores in Ocean Grove we went to! We had such a great time - absolutely loved the balcony & would definitely stay again :)

Exactly as advertised!

Our stay at this little apartment was exactly what we needed for our family of two adults and a 1 year old. The porch was incredible to sip coffee on every morning however I do agree with prior reviews that the floor feels weak and may need reinforcing. We had an issue with beach tags when we arrived and the owner responded to our message to resolve the issue almost immediately. Location was perfect. 2 blocks from the Asbury Park boardwalk but access to the much quieter Ocean Grove beaches.

What a fantastic location, close to all amenities in Ocean Grove and Asbury Park. Great to have balcony to relax and enjoy the balmy air. Stella was easy to communicate with and quick to respond when we had questions. Two things of note are the apartment needs some good TLC and a really good clean. That said once we’d fixed a couple of things we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Get Away

We enjoyed our stay at this great little beach getaway apartment. Only a block from the beach and walking distance to Asbury Park Boardwalk it was just what we were looking for to get some R&R. Stella was very responsive to all of our communications. If we ever go back to Ocean Grove, we would definitely stay here again!

Great location, but otherwise disappointing

Great location, close to beach and to Asbury Park shops and restaurants and the Ocean Grove Auditorium. Egg chairs on porch very comfortable, but the porch floor was very soft in spots. Needs repair before someone falls through. There were no no hand towels or washcloths for the bath, no hairdryer. If there was a washer/dryer in the building, there was no information on it, and in fact, no notes from the owner, not even contact information. Would have been nice, since the A/C in the bedroom was not working, just blowing hot air. With some love and care, it could be really nice, but we really expected better for the price. P.S. Don't look under the bed. There is dust and hair and who knows what!

Perfect beach getaway

The place was very easy to get to and we found parking which was great. The house was old and it’s a building with other apartments and guests. It was decorated super cute and the porch was my favorite. Perfect distance from the beach!
