This 'Best unit in the Building' East Island Condominium Condo is a beautiful True Oceanfront / Beachfront 2 story 3 bedroom 2 bath condo located in a prime area of North Wildwood. Reviews say it all !! This unit is tastefully decorate in an island theme with many new upgrades added this season. It is equipped with all amenities and is the only unit in the building with 3 Private Balconies to enjoy the breathtaking spectacular views of the ocean. Nothing better than catching a sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee relaxing on the front deck or watching the Friday night fireworks (seasonal) from all three!! Off street parking for 2 vehicles. This is a non-smoking unit.

This vacation was by far our best yet. The place was unbelievably immaculate and the views just couldn’t get any better. We watched the sunrise from the living room and it was amazing to wake up and walk the beach for sunrise. I can’t wait to go back Don’t miss out on this extra special spot! Joyce, the owner was great! Had lots of good insider tips for the area and was quick to reach if we needed anything. Definitely an A stay.

The rooms were lovely, bright and clean. The bed was so comfortable! Plenty of pillows, sheets and blankets. Great bathrooms, wonderfully stocked kitchen, and the private balconies were great. This place was perfect for the 5 of us. It’s right across from the beach with great views of the ocean. It is super clean!! The owner was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. Can’t beat the location.

Condo was in a great location. We couldn’t beat the view and I felt we got a great deal. The owner was very communicative and responded to questions promptly. Only suggestion may be to add new ice cube trays. Highly recommend.

Great get away.

We had a wonderful stay! 4 adults and 1 kid and plenty of space. The place is so nicely situated, with ocean views from several rooms and right across from the beach. Joyce was easy to reach and great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.
