気になった点 : 清潔度、コミュニケーション
Our bad experience was that the bed sheets were dirty; they only made the beds, but the pillows, pillowcases, and sheets were dirty. I had to wash them because they had saliva stains on the pillows and sheets. I spent 4 hours washing them."Not fun," I was very disappointed. The road to get there is winding; I don't recommend it if you have to drive at night. The stay itself was quite good, and the river is nearby. I called VRBO with not results

This is not a truthful or accurate review. My cleaning crew assured me that all linens were clean and all beds made. This crew has worked with me for years. These guests complained about everything including the "winding road" along a river. I immediately addressed every complaint and question they had during their stay through text and phone calls. In the end they did not follow check out procedures, However, I did not keep their deposit. Please refer to other reviews of my property to have a more truthful accurate account.

Great Location!

We had 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 9-13 and this fit our needs perfectly. You can’t beat the location on the river. House was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very easy to communicate with via text and answered questions promptly. We rented tubes from Mountain Breeze a few doors down and they were excellent. Overall a wonderful trip and we can’t wait to go back!!
