Peaceful Cabin located on a 65 acre long horn ranch

This cabin is a true Texas treasure located on 65 acres which includes a working long horn ranch. Our guests love to watch the long horn, deer, and wild turkeys walk right by the oversized windows. The tall ceilings, galvanized metal & huge windows make this cabin sparkle through out.

The entrance to the cabin includes a front porch where you will find a yard jenga, corn hole, and a wooden bar. As you enter you will find a seating area with mini beverage fridge, Smart TV with dvd. Through the door it will take you to the great room which includes two seating areas in the living room space and a pub styled dinning table.

The living room has a smart TV, DVD player with movies for your enjoyment. Off the living room is the kitchen and bathroom. This kitchen and bathroom gives the cabin Texas charm with the galvanized cowboy tub and piping through out.

Through the kitchen you will find a back deck with a spacious jetted hot tub and propane grill. To the side of the back yard is an additional patio that over looks the long horn pasture. On this patio you will find a propane fire pit and picnic tables. This is the perfect setting to relax and watch the sunset after a long day tubing.

This cabin is located on a 65 acre Long Horn Ranch. There is fencing to protect our long horns, so please stay within the fenced areas and respect the animals. You will see deer, turkeys, and various other wild life in or around you cabin.

Please note that there are two cabins on the property and both are vacation rentals. Both cabins have their own entrance and exit, private yards, and private pool and/or hot tub, so there are no shared areas. If you have more guests that would like to join you, the additional cabin can sleep 12 guests. You can request the owner to add it to your reservation or you can search Three Chicks Ranch, New Braunfels on VRBO.

This gorgeous property is only 5 miles to the Comal River and Schlitterbahn. The nearest tubing outfitter is Comal Tubes which is less than 3 miles away. A great escape from the city and yet close to everything New Braunfels has to offer. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 3-4 vehicles at this home.
