メインルームには、設備の整ったオープンキッチン、素敵なソファのあるリビングルーム、革のリクライニングチェア、50インチのフラットスクリーンテレビがあります。 カウンターに6バースツールと3バースツールの座席を備えたダイニングテーブルがあるダイニングルームエリア。 この1階のユニットは、独自のロックスキー保管エリアがある真のスキーイン/スキーアウトの場所です。 山で1日過ごした後は、プライベートデッキのホットタブで、または暖炉のある50インチのフラットスクリーンテレビの前のリビングルームでリラックスしてください。

Perfect condo!

We loved staying in this condo! My two kids (9 and 11) and my father came to join us. It was the perfect size, and Mike (owner) was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely book here again!

The perfect spot for a winter vacation!

I travelled to Sun Peaks with my family of 3 and our friends, a family of 4. The condo was absolutely perfect for our stay! Mike was quick with a response for any questions I had. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary cookware so we were able to make dinners every night easily. Ski in and ski out was super simple for quick assess to the Orient and Morrissey chairs. The condo also had many different games and activities for evenings off the hill! We had a great stay and will definitely be back!!

Great spot, fantastically stocked rental

For our annual ski trip this year, two of my firends and I stayed at this location. It was incredibly. The rental is stocked with movies and board games (we played crib in our evenings after a hard day's ski!), the kitchen has all the little things you dont bring (i.e tupperware) and it was incredibly clean.

Perfect Ski rental

Just exactly what we wanted & expected. One of the best rentals we've ever had. Everything was exactly as advertised. The place had everything inside that we needed - and that's not nearly always the case. Owner went out of the way to communicate the right info at the right times, including well in advance of our stay.

Lovely well equipped home, suitable for our family of 5. Great communication with a very helpful host. Private hot tub watching the moon over the trees. A short walk up and down stairs to the ski run. Easy access to Orient and Morrisey Chairs. 20mins walk to the village on the village trails.

Such fun

This was a great place for our family to stay in Sun Peaks! The owners were easy to work with, and the condo was spacious!Most importantly, the ski-in/ski-out paths were super close and easy to access. Thanks for the hospitality!

Perfect winter break

The condo was comfortable and beautiful and had everything we needed, including a decorated Xmas tree. It was a perfect base for skiing and snowshoeing, very close to the nearest lift and snowshoe trails. We stayed for 6 nights and will try to stay longer next time.

Great Location

Very nice ski-in/out, well equiped spacious condo. Very good kitchen and private hot tub. The daily cleaning fee is excessive considering it is cleaned at the end of the stay but we paid for each day. Would stay here again if the cleaning fee was more reasonable .

Easy access to the Orient and Morrissey chairs. Minor inconvenience to have staff enter the unit daily for the hot tub maintenance - especially when they didn't remove their winter boots (only happened once because we asked them to remove their boots the next time which they did.) We did see one staff member access the hot tub from outside and would have appreciated all staff to do the same. They just have to lean over the small railing to access the hot tub..... Kitchen was very nicely stocked with basic supies like oil, coffee, spices, flour, etc. The unit has a heated/shared under ground garage with tight/limited space - so keep this in mind if you have a large truck/SUV. Ground floor unit so you will hear neighbors above you when they are there. We'd definitely return to this unit or similar ones in the area since we like it quiet and more private. Although the unit does not allow views of the mountain, it backs onto the 16th hole of the gold course so the hot tub faces pine trees which is quite private. Sometimes we saw people walking behind the unit but not very often. We never heard any grooming machines which was also nice. The layout in the 2nd room looked like it would suit children with a bunk bed but there was no ladder to the top bunk.... perhaps because we booked 2 adults? For the lower queen bunk with two adults sharing it could prove difficult to get out of the bed because one side is pushed up to the wall so you'd have to crawl over to get out.

Great place

Place was great. As I was attending a conference, that was early morning and later evening, the walk back and forth to village was unpleasant as dark, poorly lit l, icy and felt unsafe as a solo traveller. However, that’s a resort issue. The condo was lovely.

Great Comfortable Stay

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Mike was great with timely communication and helpful information. The kitchen was fully stocked, the place was extremely clean, beds were very cozy, hot tub was relaxing, movies to watch, very easy underground parking, and super close to Sun Peaks. A bus stop is very close as well. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Excellent stay - just as described.

My family and I traveled from Ontario for Christmas and New Year’s. The condo was very well outfitted and comfortable. Every amenity was provided. We cooked extensively throughout our stay and had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy comfy lunch breaks at the condo. Very convenient ski in and out location. 15 minute walk to the village.

Convenient ski in/ski out

The condo and location fit our family of five perfectly for a great ski in/ski out vacation. We enjoyed the hottub after the day of skiing. Well-stocked kitchen with all we needed. Heated floors throughout were very nice too.

Amazing stay at Sun Peaks!

What I loved the most about the place is the attention to details! Everything was thought through - where to store skis, how to dry boots, heated floors, everything you can ever possibly need in the kitchen! We stayed in the place with 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The space is great - full kitchen, comfy beds, privacy, hot tub overlooking the trees, heated garage. There is a closet to store skis right at the front. The ski slope is a one minute walk from the apartment. Walk to the village took us about 20 minutes on the great trail. We didn’t have to drive at all while staying there! Mike, the property manager, was great at promptly answering any questions we had! We are really hoping to return next year! Couldn’t have wished for a better location for our vacation!

Great Ski-in Ski-out Accommodation

We had a terrific stay at Mikes place. Setters crossing is a great location for a true ski-in ski-out vacation and only a short walk into Sun Peaks village (the free shuttle also drops off and picks up from straight outside the property as well if feeling a bit tired). Two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms make for a great stay for a family with teens. Communication with Mike was great - overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this property. Thanks Mike for making our family vacation at Sun Peaks a memorable one :)

My wife Ronnie and I purchased our property at Sun Peaks in 2018. I have been skiing there since 1993 and have been in love with the mountain and the surrounding area since those first trips. My wife and I started skiing there when we met and we have been there every season since. We have been raising two great little skiers on the mountain and are enjoying the summers there as well. Golf, Mountain Biking, hiking, fishing there is an endless amount of activities in the summer. We have been running our vacation rental business since 2018 and have been loving the ability to share our slice of mountain with our guests.

Location, location, location.....
We have rented many properties throughout the resort and fell in love with the East village and the ease of access for both downhill and cross country skiing. There is no need to touch your vehicle once you arrive. Just powder days and Hot tub nights.

This truly is a ski in ski out property. You walk about 100' from our front door and pu your skis on. You can ski right back to the very spot you started.
