First of all, let me say that the owners were very responsive, but I think they need to educate themselves on what guests expect in accommodations.
The description says "SLEEPS 8"..not accurate. There are only 2 beds and 2 couches that are actually futons. Two adults could not possibly share and be comfortable on the futons. Thank goodness we brought an air mattress with us. Plus, we had to go to Target and buy our own sheets for the futons. None were provided. Additionally, there were no additional blankets, only a couple of comforters that did not smell very fresh.
We, additionally, had to buy our own kitchen dish cloths and towels. Very limited plates, glasses, cups, etc. If you plan on using the kitchen, bring your owns pots, etc.
We had 5 adults with us for a 4 day stay and we had to wash towels the last day.
We ran the dishwasher and had to mop up water.
Generally, the property has not been properly maintained and just feels messy and worn out.
Garage is full of boxes, old mops and trash. My wife and I had to roll out the trash can and hand about 8 or 9 bags of trash to the trash pickup folks on Friday morning or stare at them outside the patio door for the weekend. We chose to get rid of it.
Oh yes, don't rely on GPS to find this property.. very difficult to find.
We have used VRBO quite often to find accommodations, this has been our biggest disappointment.
