Fantastic communication with our host made for a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at Scarborough beach. The house was perfect - comfy beds, lovely views, two separate living rooms, kitchen had everything you could want. Thanks Mary!

Mary was lovely and helpful, she made sure to check in with us at the beginning and end of our stay. The backyard is amazing and fully fenced in which was awesome for our toddlers. The grill is great and the deck was perfect for outdoor meals. Can't beat the location, very close to our favorite beaches. The rooms and beds were comfortable. We would have preferred and appreciated if linens were included in the stay but overall were very happy with everything else.

House is great. Even has some beach items for use, that are in great shape. A few upgrades would be ideal - backyard is huge, but not much is there. Great opportunity…..Maybe over time!

Comfortable stay!

Perfect location, close to beach, groceries, Adventureland, ferry to Block Island! House was spacious and well stocked with everything one needs. Garage was convenient for storing bikes and beach gear! Outdoor shower also a plus after a day at the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

Summer vacation 2021 in Narragansett

House has a great location with a second full size refrigerator that was very convenient for the beach goers! Spacious house, plenty of parking, and the owner was very responsive when you had questions. Would definitely rent again!

Roomy 5 bedroom home in a family friendly neighborhood. It is a short walk to the beach and easy to pull the wagon filled with the necessities ( wagon provided.) Our family of 5 adults and three kids (8,12, and 14) had plenty of room. We enjoyed the multiple decks and spacious fenced in yard in our leisure time, The outdoor shower was a big plus. Kitchen facilities were adequate, and we cooked most nights there.Check in was by text with the host, timely and easy.

Family vacation

We loved the layout and comfort of the home. Walk to the beach at north side pavilion is .6 miles and wasn’t an issue. Mary was easy to communicate with.

Best Location for Scarborough Beach

We love this area and have stayed in several rentals to gather with out of state family. This home has great views, decks and yard was huge with games and plenty of chairs. We had a few questions and owner was responsive. The house was clean and spacious.

Great Vacation week at the Beach

We really enjoyed the house and had a great week at the beach. The house is spacious and clean and every bedroom has a queen size bed. Nice big backyard ro play games and enjoyed having central AC after spending a day at the beach. Mary is easy to work with and I would highly recommend the house for anyone looking for a family vacation near the beach.

The family that stayed at our home the week of July 1-8th were great. The home was left in perfect which our cleaning lady was glad to see. We would gladly rent to this family again. We try our best to have a comfortable & pleasant home for our guests. We live close by , so we are available in case there is something that needs addressing.

Summer 2023

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. The house was perfect for a family with varying ages. The double decks were great and the fully fenced in yard was perfect. Mary had everything we could need for a beach vacation and more, plus the short walk to the beach was amazing! We hope to be able to stay again next summer!

The family that stayed in our home the week of the 19-26th were great. It was nice to see them enjoying the yard when I was at our home next door getting things ready. The home was left in very good condition. I would definitely rent to them again. Always enjoy knowing our renters have an enjoyable stay.

Great location

Great location to the beach (and can see a sliver of the ocean from balcony). Perfect size for a family of 8. Good communication with owner. Kitchen comes fully stocked. Lots of nice beach equipment to borrow. Need some minor remodeling/upgrading, but very clean. Overall a great place to stay.

We had a great vacation! The couple downstairs bedrooms, living room gave a whole separate area for the younger family members, and a second fridge there is really handy. The beds are all very comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied for cooking with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes. The big fenced in yard is great and we enjoyed sitting in both decks. Lisa and her mom were just great. Very responsive. For example, we asked if there were more hangers anywhere and if not would we’d be fine, but they sent them right away! Nice people.

Kris & her family were wonderful guests. We had put new hardwood floors in 3 of the bedrooms along with some other updates, so we were just finishing up. (they were the 1st summer renters ) We wanted to be sure they were comfortable & if there was something they might need. they were great, no complaints. Left the home in perfect condition. Love to have them return next year.

Perfect for a large group!

Our large(12 people) extended family comfortably fit in the house. Plenty of living space with two living rooms and five spacious, comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and large enough for a few people to be cooking at the same time. Nice outdoor shower and the large fenced in yard was great for the kids! Mary, the host, was easy to work with and very accommodating. We are already planning our next visit to this house!!!

Fun in the sun

We love staying at this house- it’s perfect for us. Upstairs has a big kitchen, living room and dining room- 3 bedrooms w/master bedroom with its own bathroom and tv. Another full bathroom in hallway. Downstairs is a big family room , 2 bedrooms with a full bathroom and laundry!! Big deck and backyard- and close to beach- everything we want for our family vacations!!! We’ll be back again!!!

Family Vacation

We were a family of 7 adults with 4 little grandkids and we were very comfortable in the house. The fenced in yard was a gift with the little ones as well as the closeness to the beach., Everything was in good condition and comfortable as well as being clean. The best part was being able to communicate with Mary, the owner, who was so helpful and responsive to our every question and need. Thanks Mary!!!!

Great family stay

We have been staying in Scarborough area for many years now. This is probably the best property we have stayed at. 8 adults and four kids (one under 1 year, where the built in gate at the top of the stairs was a huge plus). Two separate living rooms and fenced in yard allowed a “break” from the kids at times. House was very clean and provided plenty of room. Easy walk to the beach but some still drove for kids. Central air was a huge plus versus typical mini split setup. Plenty of beach equipment and kitchen add ins to use. We hope to stay here again! Amazing host with easy communication. Stopped by to meet our family, really appreciate the hospitality

A wonderful place to stay in Narragansett

My spouse and I enjoyed our week at this house very much. Both of our adult kids came to stay with us for a few days, and they also enjoyed it. The house is very spacious (5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms), and everything was in very good condition. Its location is great; it's about a 6 minute drive to the wonderful Scarborough Beach, and there's a foot path that one can use to walk to the beach in about 10 minutes. You can also see the ocean from the large balcony and from the living and dining rooms. It has an outdoor shower, which is well-located, near the garage and the back door of the house. Mary, the owner, was very helpful and not intrusive. We will definitely want to stay there again next year.

Annual Family Beach house Vac

This house is very spacious w/ 3 bedrms, 1 full bath, a large living area plus Laundry facilities on lower level, 2 more bedrooms on upper level, one of which is a master bedroom with its own full bath. There's also a 3rd full bath, large kitchen, dining room, and another large living area on same upper level. There's also a large rear outdoor deck off the dining room, and another small semi concealed, separate deck (w/ ocean view!) on front of house off upper living area. Beautiful spot on a corner lot. Large fenced back yard, plenty of room for outdoor games. We didn't have great weather this year and had to spend the greater portion of our week indoors, but this house has ample space for the dozen or so of us to spread out and relax. Loved it! Thank you!

Owner needs to spend a little money repairing the house. Large water stains kitchen ceiling. Globes

Would not stay at this house again. Virtually every door squeaked. Kitchen dishes almost nonexistent. No steamer strainer. No AC vents downstairs. Bed downstairs so soft to be almost non-functional. Not really possible to walk to beach as described.

Sorry, they were not happy. As to the water stain in the ceiling, The day they arrived, due to the extra hot weather, the AC line backed up in the attic. We took care of cleaning the AC line & stopped the leak. Unfortunately we can not bleach & paint the ceiling when renters are coming in as the smell would be a problem 1st couple of days. We immediately arranged for the painter to come in on the Saturday before labor day ... We replaced the 2nd refrigerator with a larger on in the lower level this year. We also bought a new a second sofa in the lower level family room. New spreads & window dressings in each room. We do spend money each year on updating. ..Most renters in our 2 rentals have said it was a nice walk to the beach. As I said before, We're sorry they were not happy.

Narragansett Family Vacation!

Mary was very responsive to any questions I had prior to our week away. I did not need to reach out for anything during our stay but feel confident I would not have had any issues if I needed anything. Home was as we expected and clean when we arrived. It had everything we needed for our week at the beach! We had plenty of space for our entire family to spread out which included 6 adults, an 11 year old and a 21 month old. It was great having the downstairs which has two bedrooms where the little one could sleep and play and not disrupt the entire house when she got up at 6am! There is also a built in gate on the second/main level of the home which provided security when the 21 month was moving around. There is a large refrigerator also on the lower level which was great for overflow and to hold water for the week. It was great having the extra wheeled cart to bring beach chairs, coolers, towels, etc. to the beach. It was a reasonably short walk to the beach but also plenty of parking for a reasonable fee if the walk is too much. Overall had a great stay and would recommend this property! Thanks for allowing us to rent your home for the week Mary! A great time was had by all!

Eastward Look

We had a great time at this house. We had 11 adults and the house did not feel cramped. Plenty of bedrooms and room to spread out. It was also very clean. The back deck was very large with plenty of room for all of us to hang out. The large backyard was great for playing games. We had no problems with the house at all, but Mary, the owner, was very responsive if we had any questions. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Rent

Our stay lived up to our expectations. The property was homey and well equipped. The second living space was an added bonus and the second refrigerator was very useful. The house came with lots of yard games that made the kids very happy. I would highly recommend this home.
