Our family celebrated Easter and Spring break at this property and it was perfect! Met all of our expectations and he’d a great time!

Great condo, location . Would stay again

This condo is furnished with all you need. Furniture is comfy. Great views of the ocean and short walk to hot tub and pool and ocean. . Location is perfect… close to Huntington Beach , Brookgreen Gardens. Fantastic stay.

Great place to vacation

The Crescent was a very nice condo in Litchfield By The Sea in Pawleys’s Island. Everything in the condo was recently redone and it was nicely decorated and cozy. We really enjoyed the coffee bar as well as the beautiful views from the balcony in the mornings. We would definitely go back to The Crescent.

C4B @ Litchfield

This unit has many updates, which is both a pro and a con. There is a new floating floor. There does not seem to have enough underlayment. it sounded like we were walking with hard shoes even when we had bare feet- like it was hollow underneath. Cleanliness was average. ceiling fans need a good rub down. couches were comfy, but look like people had sat on them with wet suits or sunscreen. the Ocean front view was wonderful. Neighbors were quiet. I love the Litchfield area.

Friends Get Together

This was a seamless rental process from beginning to end. The property was great, the location was great and the weather even cooperated for a wonderful trip.
