Girl trip

Perfect location in Ft Collins. Walkable to many spots and a short drive to the rest. The place is small and cozy but it was perfect for 4 adult friends. Host was very accommodating.

House was as described and perfect for a family of 4. One of the bedrooms had a couch that was also a pull out bed that was perfect and better for us than the one in the living room. Great location that is close to everything. Beautiful outdoor space and really enjoyed the fire pit as well as the hot tub. A great place, definitely recommend!

Cute, comfortable, location, location

This perfectly located rental is very cute, very comfortable, very clean, has a beautiful outdoor space, and pretty much everything needed for a wonderful stay. Landlord Bill was very attentive and always available to answer questions and provide useful local information.

Highly recommend! Great location close to CSU. Quiet, well-stocked and clean. Great yard and hot tub. Our host gave us a call to make sure we had everything we needed but otherwise gave us complete privacy. Appreciated the robes and extra towels for the hot tub. Note—there is one AC unit in the living room. There are plenty of fans but the bedrooms and bathroom didn’t totally cool down — it was hot outside (in the 90s) —cooler at night.

We rented this property for our daughter’s Graduation from CSU

The property was very nice, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It was conveniently located to CSU. The owners were nice and welcoming, home was beautifully decorated and just as described. I would definitely stay here again. Owner/management were very responsive, check in was a breeze.

Great place close to fields for tournament

Everything was great and the owner was great to deal with. The only bad thing was there was only a black stone to cook on so we didn’t get to cook as much as we wanted for our week long stay.

Cold and drafty living area with an opening on the bottom of the outside door allowing cold air in. Property owner on site, very intrusive, not private or comfortable. Would not recommend it!

Super cute, lovely place close to everything!

Very nice, new, clean and well appointed 2 BR 1 BA with kitchenette (fridge, sink, toaster over; there is a grill outside). Beds are very comfortable (memory foam). Bill the owner is very nice and happy to help you navigate Ft. Collins. We didn't have a chance to use the hot tub, but will next time! Cute outdoor sitting areas and parking for 2 cars came in really handy. It's just down the street from CSU campus, not too far from Old Town, central to everything in Ft. Collins. A very nice place to stay. They even have fluffy bathrobes and bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner and the like); and provide Keurig coffee, water, snacks and juice! We'll definitely stay again at Remington Retreat.

Beautiful place!

We absolutely loved everything except no indoor cooking amenities. Even a microwave would have been great. (Some sort of zoning rule per owner.). We had planned on doing some cooking during our trip to save on meal expenses but unfortunately that wasn’t possible inside the house. Since it was winter we opted not to cook outdoors :/. Besides this, the Remington retreat was beautiful and perfect! Bill was a wonderful host.

Awesome location, lovely house, kind hosts

Bill and Holly were extremely communicative and helpful! Their house is just a few feet from the rental so when we needed a few things they provided them the same day. There's a hot tub (this is a novel item for us) and a fire pit (ditto). The house is just a couple of blocks from CSU campus and within a thirty minute walk to Old Town, so the location is ideal for us. There are delightful fairy lights in the back garden and a sliding door from the master bedroom to the garden. A perfect stopping point from which to visit kids at CSU! Thank you!

Perfect Location, Charming Home

We were on a vacation to visit family and needed a place that could accommodate our small family, but we wanted somewhere that would be comfortable to hang out because our daughter goes to bed far earlier than we do. This place seemed perfect, and from a hanging out perspective, it was. There were only a couple of things that caught us off guard. One was the train noise. While not constant, it did sound like the train was right outside of our window on our first night starting about 3AM. Luckily this was sporadic and never again at 3AM, but train noise is a problem if you're not used to it like the locals are. The other thing for us was the lack of a full kitchen, but we were able to manage just fine.

Wonderful location!

We loved this stay in Ft Collins. The location is great, with easy access to town. The property was exactly as described. Very comfortable, clean, modern and cozy. Highly recommend! FWIW: The living room is quite small, but worked well for our family of 3. Could be cramped with 4 adults. I recommend you fully read the property description, we totally missed the fact that it only has a wet bar and not a full kitchen. We made it work! The wet bar includes a decent sized mini fridge with freezer, toaster over and kettle. The "kitchen" had a good selection of dishes. Towels were clean and plenty. The hot tub was an added bonus. However, the view is the property owners back porch and the fence. So don't expect mountains in the distance. Kid enjoyed having netflix available on the tv. Overall, this property is exactly as described and an awesome home base for a few nights in FoCo! Owner was friendly and available. We recommend!

Great stay. Great host

Overall great experience. The host is meticulous in their care and diligence with the property. This is a perfectly comfortable and convenient location to campus. We rented for parents weekend at homecoming and the host was extremely gracious for early check-in and late check out. The property has many amenities and has kept updated and fresh. I would highly highly recommend this if you were visiting the area. It’s convenient to everything and the owners have the guests priorities in mind at all times.
