Walkable everywhere. Close to the heart of Provincetown, the residence is large, everyone has their own bath, lovely kitchen, comfy living area.

Great house with 3 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 half baths so every room gets its own bathroom and the downstairs living area has its own powder room so entertaining is easy!Beautiful and large outdoor entertainment space was perfect for the afternoon and early evening.Neighborhood is wonderfully quiet, but just a few minutes walk to everything.Host was very responsive and proactive. Would definitely stay again.

This property was exactly what we were looking for! It offers a blend of shared spaces and privacy for a group of adults traveling together - the ensuite bathrooms are a huge bonus! We found the property had all the amenities we needed and the location was great - the new park that just opened nearby is a bonus. You can take your coffee to the beach in just 2-3 minutes.

Very nice property, management, and location.

The property is very nice, management is very effective, and the location is close to everything but quiet. Will stay here again. Our group was a couple and two single friends. This place was perfect with three bedrooms each with its own full bathroom.

Perfectly placed in PTown

Fantastic 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home in Ptown. plenty of room to spread out, great outdoor space and the third floor is its own suite of space. Two desk, one placed in each bedroom on the second floor which makes for a perfect spot to work from home should that need arise. Very attentive owner.

Perfect property in the heart of Provincetown

This property is ideal for couples, families and small groups. Conveniently located in the heart of Provincetown, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The property is highly maintained and serviced. This property has a personal touch, pristine with attention to detail. The home is well equipped from the chefs kitchen, 3 double bedrooms each with a desk and office chair and 3.5 bathrooms. Towels are provided and there are good laundry facilities. Comfortable seating for 6 in the dining room and tv room. Great WiFi and large smart screen tv with Bluetooth, cable and most platforms. Ed provided great information and was in touch pre check in and upon arrival to ensure we had everything for a terrific stay. There is a private deck with bbq and dining table and chairs. There is designated car parking for guests. We had a fabulous relaxing vacation and enjoyed our stay in Provincetown and visiting many beaches and Truro Vineyards. Highly recommend this property as the perfect getaway destination. Thanks to Ed for everything.

Amazing & Spacious home!!!!

We loved this home which is extremely clean, and conveniently located to all shops, beach, ferry port and restaurants!!! Peaceful patio and comfortable beds! The 1/2 bath downstairs was a rare find and the living room accommodated 3 couples! We will be back!!! Thank you for offering us such a beautiful retreat!!!

Great spot and house!

Everything from the start of booking this trip was seamless. There was a ton of communication between myself and our contact. My husband, our toddler and our friends and their daughter came up for the lobster pot tree lighting ( which ended up being cancelled) but we had a great time anyway. The house was great, everything we needed and more. The location was ideal being close to everything. We would love to come again for the tree lighting hopefully next year to continue the tradition.

Lovely place to stay.

The place was awesome.It had everything we needed and was in close proximity to the beach, food and shopping. The outdoor space was quiet and private. The grill was a great asset for outdoor cooking and dining.

Excellent House

Everything at Ed's vacation home in PTown is lovely! The location is phenomenal, the layout of the unit is lovely. The lighting is excellent. Everything is very clean and well put together. Everything functions lovely, nothing is broken. The owner is very helpful and responsive. Communicated with us throughout the entire trip. Must try Strangers and Saints just at the end of the street for a phenomenal meal. Loved the entire stay in this house!

Fabulous Getaway with ability to work remote

The home is lovely, well appointed and in a fantastic location just steps from town and many restaurants. It features a nice sized outdoor patio with a table and chairs for 6 people as well as a very comfy lounge area. Like many others these days we are working remotely and it was ideal to be able to find a property with a desk in two of the bedrooms, truly a fantastic home with an attentive owner.

Great P-Town Property

A wonderfully appointed property! Really couldn’t ask for a better spot, as it’s both in the heart of the action while being just removed enough to provide some peace and quiet. Very clean and the managers were communicative and flexible. Wonderful for a group of 6. We will be back!

Heart of P’town

This beautiful condo was perfect for the 5 of us celebrating a milestone birthday. Just off Commercial St and easy walking distance to all of the great restaurants and shops. Communication from Ed was always quick and responsive and so very helpful!!! We can’t wait to go back!!!

Off season Getaway

Very impressed with this house. Great location in town. Loved how each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Kitchen, dining area and living room were comfortable. Beds were also comfortable and the house was quiet. Could have used some extra blankets for the colder nights. Easy check in with no issues. We went at the start of off season but there were enough shops and restaurants still open to make for an enjoyable time. Many seemed to be closing at the end of this weekend. Would definitely return to this house again.
