Awesome place!!!

We had a blast! Easy access to a private beach, they had a ton of beach toys and chairs to use. Close to good restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. Kids enjoyed having pool access. And it was great how quiet it was after 10pm. House has everything we needed and more. We had 2 families and still had plenty of space. Highly recommend this location.

what a wonderful stay

we arrived on a sunday and left on a sunday sunburn on monday Tuesday went to zoo wednesday and thursday everyone shoped because of hurricane remnants kept us out of the water then on Friday did the pictures on the dunes and beachs sat was trip to shell island great day saturday night back in water for a bit then sunday came way to fast

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. We always love to stay at this cottage retreat its always peaceful and beautiful and clean and not a long walk to the beach. Brenda was very friendly and helpful every time we needed her. We will definitely be back.

Just what we needed.

This cottage was perfect for our family. 6 adults and 2 kids and everyone had their own bed and bath. Close to pool and ocean. Walk to restaurants. Location was great and everything was exactly as advertised. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Destin, and we probably will!! Thank you!

The perfect listing

Our small group loved the house. I was perfect. Location to beach and shopping was great. Definitely did not want to leave and if we ever return to Destin we will be looking you up again.

2020 Fall Vacation

The Unit is very clean and beautifully decorated. I called last minute to request a baby chair and gate. The owner returned my call immediately to handle my request. The location is convenient. We definitely will rent this unit again!

Love Beach Please!

House is amazing. Well stocked in the kitchen. Very close to the pool and beach. A great bonus to have the umbrella and beach chairs at the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood. Everything was exactly as the house info stated. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay there again. The owners are quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect weekend!

Thank you for An awesome time at "Beach Please." Our bride to be had a fabulous time relaxing on the beach, at the pool, and in your amazing home! Everything was well stocked, clean, and even better in person than the pictures! We will definitely keep this home in mind for future trips to Destin!

Great house...

House is great. Great neighborhood with a real cozy family atmosphere, easy walk to the beach, easy walk to the pool, traffic wasn’t too bad and so convenient to nearly everything. If there is a downside it’s parking. The house, and all the houses in the complex, sleep 12 or more. The houses have only 2 parking places and a limited number of spaces (8) that are “reserved” for a cost available for the week. Help me understand how 12 people and luggage can make a long trip in two vehicles unless it’s a large van! I reserved the extra parking spot in April as I was concerned about it. Sure enough on day 1 we pull in and someone is in the reserved spot I paid $70 for. Thankfully that day, Paul was able to get it taken care of (he is awesome by the way). But, it was a constant issue. People from the condos that are attached to the property would park there to use the pool which made no sense since there was plenary of parking in the condo lot which the people like us in the houses (cottages) are warned about excessive towing bills if we park there. We were not able to have a friend from Panama City visit us for the day because there is no parking. Finally, I elected to not move my car from the “reserved” spot so I wouldn’t loose it as there is absolutely no where else to park. Apparently the HOA that oversees the houses also oversees the condos so it seems an easy solution. There was always a lot of empty parking in the condo lot! I was able to meet and talk with an owner of one of the houses and he said the parking thing has been an issue for years with no apparent immediate solution. So, the house is great, we’ll maintained and really convenient. If you have two vehicles your golden and no as the two parking spots are right in front of the houses. The house is well equipped but don’t expect to catch any local TV. TV is Limited to internet TV and most of that is national stuff. Wireless internet is awesome and really fast. Evolve was great to deal with.

Beautiful house with easy access to beach and food

The house was beautiful and clean! It fit the needs of our stay well. We enjoyed the beach and all the area had to offer. We were under the impression there would be bunk beds in the fourth bedroom from the pictures and instead there were two queen size beds. It worked out, but the kids were excited for bunk beds. We would definitely come back again to Beach Please! Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Fabulous Beach Condo

We loved our stay at 53 Cottage Row. The house was spacious and very well equipped. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The pool area was very nice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Clean, well maintained, private

The house was very clean and enough room for the group that traveled! Easy to find and get to!! I loved that it was gated and the pool was close by!! Close to shopping and restaurants which we liked!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Our stay was amazing - the beach is so easy to get to - it takes about 2 minutes to walk to. Tons of restaurants and shopping are all very nearby. We loved the restaurant McGuires it’s an Irish pub - if you go get the Rueben egg rolls they are the very best! The house is truly perfect - very spacious, clean, and nestled perfectly with other homes for privacy and enjoyment!

Wonderful!!

The place was amazing! Everything was so clean and fresh. Paul was so helpful with anything we needed. Mirimar Beach was so beautiful. We will definitely be back next year for our office girls trip.
