Featuring a spacious living room and a gourmet kitchen with all of the cookware the family chef will need. The backyard features a private hot tub, grill, and outdoor dining. The complimentary golf cart gives you easy access to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The HEATED community pool and picnic area is right next to the house! Conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive in the free golf cart from dozens of great restaurants and shops. 🏖 BEACH EXPERIENCE

Your luxury villa is just a two-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

Each home in this community features a private driveway, manicured landscaping, and access to the private HEATED community pool with community picnic and cornhole areas (Pool is heated November - March).
