This cabin is a wonderful, quiet getaway with a beautiful view of the Ouchita River. It is definitely historic but has all the needed modern amenities. If you're looking for something fancy in the thick of action, this isnt it. If you want privacy and quiet, you found it!

Cool log cabin overlooking the lake. It was exactly as described and in a very peaceful setting. We loved our stay here! Hosts were quick to respond and I would definitely recommend this place. Serene setting but close enough to Hot Springs.

Great stay!

Quiet cozy little cabin tucked away near the lake. I enjoyed reading on the deck and listening to the trees as the wind blew. Getting to the cabin and parking is tricky, but not too bad. Plenty of blankets and heaters for when it gets cold, lucky it was Spring time and I did not need them but when the A/C is on you may need the blankets at least.

The cabin is exactly as the pictures say it is and more. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful views. Our stay was very comfortable. Just minutes away from historic Hot Springs. Would stay again.

Beautiful views and Charming

This cabin and location are beautiful. Very comfortable and quiet at night, especially with the heated blankets. Wondeful for a relaxing place to getaway. Perfect location to have beautiful view while you sip your morning coffee. I plan to stay here again when coming to visit family in Hot Springs.

Cool place!

First time going to Hot Springs. I took my wife for a weekend getaway. The cabin was amazing. Loved the history and it was a short easy drive to the historic downtown and easy drive to the highway. Thanks for letting us make memories in a cabin that has made many memories since the 1920's.

Peaceful weekend

We really enjoyed our long weekend at the cabin. We spent our mornings having coffee on the front deck overlooking the lake and even had some geese visit. The fireplace at night was such a great bonus. Our stay was quiet and peaceful with town only a few minutes away. We definitely recommend staying at the cabin to get the best of both worlds with nature at your fingertips and attractions nearby.

Perfect Retreat

Wow-this was a PERFECT RETREAT from the hustle and bustle of life! We loved the rustic and historic aspect, which transported our minds to a simpler time. It was in a peaceful area, with a gorgeous view from the wide wrap-around porch! They’ve done a good job of updating an old place with modern appliances and all that’s needed. We absolutely recommend it to others and would love to return! ❤️

Reconnection

This was the perfect getaway for my Wife and I after shipping our 4 year old off to Paw Paw & GiGi for the Summer. The cabin and lake surrounding gave us peace of mind, relaxation, along with space and time to reconnect with one another. If you are looking for a quiet and quaint mini vacay this is definitely the spot. Highly Recommended
