Awful experience
We landed on the Tuesday and had paid for pool heating. 11 of us all together including 4 children. The pool lights never worked from the off and after numerous calls emails which were ignored or passed on it was never solved. So when they advertise a pool area for after long days in the park we couldn’t use it as we had no lighting. The jacuzzi was empty the whole two weeks. 2 glasses for 11 people and was told we needed to buy our own. The pool was cleaned twice in 2 weeks and that’s only because I phoned to complain. I then got a phone bill of over 200 pound for phoning the management company to sort the issues out but got no where, alls they ever said was your priority. We was not. They also advertise 6 chairs and 3 sunloungers. No there was 4 chairs and 2 sunloungers. It left such a bitter taste in our mouths on what should have been the holiday of a lifetime. Explains to kids that they can’t use the pool as it’s either dirty or the lights don’t work which is highly dangerous for anyone at night time.
