アムステルダムの南にある大きなアパート。静かな通りにあり、RAIコンファレンスセンターと美しいビアトリクス公園に近い。 角を曲がったレストランやショップ。アムステルダム国立美術館とゴッホ美術館から徒歩15分。アムステルダム市内中心部の主要な広場と歩行者エリアまで、1時間半ほど歩きます。 アパートは、トラムの12番と4番、およびRAIの地下鉄と鉄道駅の近くにあります。

アパートは3階建てです。 1階には、キッチン、バスルーム、小さなバルコニーのあるリビングルーム、ダブルバッドのあるスリーピングルーム、必要に応じて余分なバッドとして使用されるソファのあるワーキングルームがあります。 上層階には2番目のバスルーム、3番目のレベルにつながる階段のある部屋、もう1つの二重の悪いと巨大な屋上テラスがあります。

A great time in Amsterdam

A great place to stay in a very pleasant residential neighborhood that's still conveniently located to public transport. If I visit Amsterdam again I would definitely stay there.

Great base for exploring the city

Wonderful, characterful apartment and very welcoming host. Excellent place to stay, just need to be aware that there are steep steps to the upper floors. Would certainly stay again.

Great location and beautiful home

Excellent location, beautiful home and helpful host. The stairs are very steep for anyone with mobility issues, but we knew this going in.

The perfect Amsterdam experience!

This is a lovely home. It is decorated beautifully. The neighborhood is quiet. You can open the windows and enjoy the terrace and trees behind. It is a perfect place to unwind after sightseeing. The hosts are extremely responsive and thoughtful. You truly feel at home in Amsterdam. I would highly recommend.

Amazing beautiful home

Thank you thank you thank you!! Dejana’s home was beautiful, clean and the perfect place for our short visit to Amsterdam. The house itself is full of interesting unique details and feels like a welcoming home, not a sterile rental. The roof and balcony were great. Location was great and we felt very welcomed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks again!!

A Very Good Stay

We had a very good stay. Dejana was very responsive with communications. As with many locations in Amsterdam, there are steep stairs., but one flight up is kitchen, bathroom, and two locations to sleep. More sleeping locations are further up. We used the washer and dryer which came in very handy. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the effort from Dejana to make us welcome.

Wonderful stay

My friend and I really loved staying at this apartment. It is a home, not just a rental, so had a lot of character and felt very comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with shops and restaurants nearby, and is just a short metro or tram ride from the city center. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and everything worked. Like many buildings in Amsterdam, there are lots of very steep stairs, which would make it a difficult spot for anyone with mobility issues, but for anyone else I wholeheartedly recommend staying there.

Great home for RAI convention center

This home is comfortable and well-stocked (it is their home!). The style is charming and artsy and intellectual. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, and very close to RAI convention center (if that is why you need to be in town). The location is also close to market and restaurants. Tram and metro are convenient to get to most tourist areas, and most can also be accessed by a 30ish minute walk. The hosts were accommodating and helpful, and just generally nice and welcome.

Stayed here to attend a conference at RAI. easy walk to the RAI. Tram & metro near by. Walkable to great restaurants & supermarkets. Residential area (rather than tourist)Agree that stairs are steep. Not clear in listing: there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (comfy). The study has a sofa bed & opens off the dining room (but no door to make it a separate room). At the very top of the house is another room leading onto the roof terrace that has a sofa bed. The house was well equipped. Lovely living room. The owner was friendly & responsive.

Perfect Place to stay in Amsterdam

Our time at Dejana’s home in Amsterdam was absolutely splendid. The metro and tram were easily accessible but we found ourselves walking quite easily to the most sought after sites in the city as first time visitors. The home was actually much larger than it appears in the photos and each of our 4 guests had their own area and sleeping space. The roof deck did not disappoint and was one of the highlights of our stay. Dejana was very communicative before, during, and even after our stay and gave us some excellent food and drink recommendations! I cannot wait to visit Amsterdam again and hope there is availability at this rental as I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!!!

Wow wow wow!!

I can't even start to summarize this place.First, the location, we came to a conference at the ROI, it says it is 7mins walk, but it is only 3 mins.. which was the best! and there are many great place around to eat and drink.Second, the house is actually a 3 floor building only for us, and it is the most homy place I stayed in. It felt like home the second we walked in it. It is fully equipped with all needed and more! Third, the host, the most kind and welcoming, and it was just a great experience for us (we left then a small gift and a note, just to say how much we appreciate)We will come back for sure, next time we will be in Amsterdam

Perfect place for us

Our family - 4 adults - had a wonderful stay in The Netherlands. Dejana’s hime made us feel so welcome and comfortable. There was everything we needed for cooking and hanging out. Having laundry was welcome for two of us who had been on the road for a while. There are a lot of stairs, which is a consideration but we found that to be fine. Dejana was quick to respond and went over and above to make our trip fantastic. A beautiful place that felt like home. Great neighborhood - groceries, restaurants and coffee all very close by. We had a car and we’re able to park on the street for a fee. Very easy to get around. Loved it and would stay here again.

The house is on a quiet, friendly street quite close to shops, restaurants, and transport. It’s easy to get anywhere in the city or surrounding area from there. We were a group of four older siblings and there was plenty of room for us all. Dejana was a very responsive host. All around, a fabulous place to stay in Amsterdam!

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist eine typische Amsterdamer Wohnung (Treppen!) aber sehr charmant eingerichtet und mit cooler Dachterasse. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin entspannt. Hervorzuheben ist die ruhige aber dennoch relativ zentrale Lage!

Exceptional communication and location

Dejana was not in the city but his daughter and her boyfriend assisted us with everything we needed and gave us each a set of keys. The house is also very unique and interesting. It gave us all our own space as well as the roof top access which was very much enjoyed. I would recommend the properry to anyone who is visiting Amsterdam and would book again if in Amsterdam.

Best stay in Amsterdam

Everything about the stay was beyond expectations. The landlords were prompt, kind and generous. The house is beautiful and comfortable, gorgeously decorated without being fussy. Great bedding, lots of light, very clean. Great location in residential neighborhood but close to transit and shopping. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great location! Great property!

Dejana was fantastic to work with. Great communication and allowed us to drop our luggage off early. Loved this property. Quiet Dutch neighborhood yet easy access to trams and transportation. Excellence experience!

A lovely launch pad and hang in Amsterdam

This VRBO is charming, very well equipped, tastefully decorated and well-located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. We could feel like locals staying here. It was easy to get to from the airport and to all parts of the city on public transportation. Ubers are great too but if you're not pressed for time getting to any destination, the public Metro is great and clean and it's an easy walk from the VRBO. Owner was super helpful and friendly.

Very nice apartment and good location!

Dejana's apartment is very big and beautiful, very cozy with nice furniture and history from her family, so nice! The terrace is perfect to chill in the sunny days and drink a glass of wine. Also the location was perfect to connect to the city! We will come back with pleasure!

Una atmosfera calda e accogliente

Si respira, nella bellissima casa di Dejana, cultura e vita vissuta, e soprattutto l'ospitalita' nel senso.. mediterraneo del termine. La casa era fornita di tutto, la proprietaria e' stata disponibile, gentile, e accogliente. L'ideale per chi voglia evitare la freddezza di un hotel e vivere una atmosfera piacevole. Molto comoda come posizione, bellissimo quartiere, insomma, veramente nulla da dire!!

Excellent and convenient stay

Absolutely LOVED our stay

The apartment was beautiful, VERY clean and well equipped. The local area was very welcoming and very pretty. Dejana was helpful, friendly and great at answering any questions we had. We would return and recommend to any friends coming to Amsterdam, it was great to live like a local!
