This wonderful house of 140 m2, decorated with great care and style, is situated on the ground floor. It has a lovely garden.
The street is nice and calm and nearby you will find all you need; the Beethovenstraat with it's wonderful shops, cafe's and restaurants, the Vondelpark, the Museumsquare, the Beatrixpark.
If you are here on business: we are a 10 and 15 minutes walk from the Zuid-As and the RAI.

Public transport (trams, busses, metro) and the train station Amsterdam Zuid WTC are a 5 to 10 minutes walk from here and will take you all over town and to the rest of Holland. Uber works great in Amsterdam and there are taxi's readily available.

The apartment is spacious and has a tastefully decorated living room . The open and fully equipped kitchen and the adjunct dining area both overlook the lush and sunny garden (140 m2) where you will find beautiful plants and fruit trees. The garden has different places where you can relax with a book or a good glass of wine! There are sunny places, but you can also relax in the shade.

The central hallway leads to two large bedrooms, the bathroom and toilet.
The master bedroom is situated at the garden side, and is very quiet. The other bedroom on the street side is also quiet and it's spacious and light. Until you draw the curtains.
The street is a quiet one. So you will sleep very comfortably in both bedrooms.
The bathroom is modern with a walk-in shower and 2 sinks (double vanity). The toilet is situated next to the bathroom.

We have a beautiful and very sweet cat called Harry (by the way she is a girl:-) She is very cute and she lives her own live, so she won't be any trouble. No need to refresh the cat toilet, that is taken care of. The only thing I would kindly ask you to do is to refresh and refill her bowl of dry food and her bowl of water every day.
