Boat slip was in very poor condition. No path leading to it, very poor structural integrity, lifting motor damaged. The house itself, insinkerator didn’t work, outside light shone directly into primary bedroom, furniture broken and not very clean.

Amazing property right off of the lake. Main house is a bit out dated

Amazing property right off of the lake. Main house is a bit out dated and doesn't really offer much for the price paid per night. We arrived to a leaking roof and water covering the floor of main hallway. Don't be fooled by the mancave pictures in the listing, this is not included in your rental. Main reason for booking this property was for the mancave which we were immediately told that we would be charged for because we entered the space. Overall the stay was a 3.5 out of 5

Great location

Pros. Location, boat deck. Cons. Gust house is pretty old and looks like how maintain this property Does the minimum required. mattresses on the bunk beds are horrible and very cheap, ac in the master bed and living room very poor during the day, dining area out side was full of fire ants so we have to go buy chemicals to exterminate. Price is very high for what you get, Overall experience was pretty good, we spent most of the day at the dock and it really makes the difference, but not for this price

6 star location 2 star house

This home was bigger than the pictures appeared, we had plenty of room for the 2 families that stayed here (8 total people). This location is amazing. The boat ramp and dock are amazing. The owner was cool and let us know he was planning a big party for the fourth. Which all of us Americans can appreciate after the hell we’ve been thru the last year with this pandemic. Now I’m gonna be blunt on the rest of this. The house was the least clean Vrbo or Air B and B we have ever stayed in and we have been to plenty. Whatever company or person you’re using to clean the place fire them, they are not doing you any justice. The whole house just felt intakes care of. Dirty dishes, nasty grill, one roll of toilet paper, I mean really I spent thousands to stay here and I need to supply toilet paper. The house itself we really felt like the second class folks next to the big house. Here’s all I’m saying, with your location this property has the potential to be the best on the lake but it is definitely not that when we stayed there. Best of luck.

Spring Break

We were looking for a 'staycation' over spring break and this home was perfect! The kids loved hanging out at the dock and playing in the water. The home was nicely decorated, very clean, and kitchen had everything that we needed.

Nice weekend on Lake Travis

The Guest Home was comfortable, very clean, and the perfect spot for our group of 6. We absolutely loved the outdoor area and proximity to the lake. Can't say enough about Heather and the team at iTrip - she was SO quick to answer all of our questions, and not only offered us an early check-in but also let us have a late check-out. They left a very nice welcome gift, and check-in was a breeze.

Great Spot

We had a blast - home was clean and comfortable although we spent almost the entire time outside. Great spot on Lake Travis! Water access is nice, owner allowed us to leave jet skis tied up to the dock while we were there. It was a great weekend.

Great Location but needs better maintenance

The property is in a great location on the lake with a big yard and nice living room and dining room space. Unfortunately, there were several maintenance issues: AC couldn't keep up, only 1 burner on grill lit, dishes were dirty when we got there, patio furniture very weathered, lots of wasp nests, and a constantly draining toilet in master.

Nice Home, unbeatable location

My family was here for a week during the holidays, and we absolutely loved the home. It was spotless upon arrival and just as pictured in the listing. The views of the lake were spectacular and we enjoyed time in the yard and fishing off the dock. We were here for Thanksgiving and kitchen offered everything we needed during our stay. iTrip was great to work with - quick to respond and was nice enough to offer us an early check-in on arrival day. Definitely recommend and will plan on returning.

Highly Recommend

After staying at this location for one week, I can say that we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Upon arrival, the house was well-cleaned and plenty of amenities were provided. It was spacious, comfortable, and well-insulated, which suited us well during the winter months that we stayed here during. The host was very warm and welcoming and made us feel at home right away. Stepping onto the back grounds of the house, you are met with a picturesque view of Lake Travis, which you can access directly from the property. Whether you are enjoying the view on the hammocks, playing a game on the volleyball court, kayaking, or playing pool in the Man Cave next to the house, you will be comforted knowing there is always something to do on the property; not mentioning its proximity to The Oasis restaurant and Austin itself. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here, and can definitely recommend it to anyone planning to stay at this property.

Awesome location

This is a great lake-house in an unbeatable location. I had family in town so booked this home for their stay. The home was clean and just as the pictures suggested. iTrip was great to work with and were quick to respond with any questions we had. check-in was easy and we were offered a late check-out.

Great location and access to the lake!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great as well as the access to the lake. Our teenage boys had a great time fishing and swimming in the lake.

Nice Home, Great Location

Home was nice, well stocked and clean. The location is definitely what you are paying for. There may not be a better spot on all of Lake Travis. Views were spectacular, short walk from the back door to the water, sand volleyball, water toys. Just a great time.

Great weekend getaway on Lake Travis

Love this home. The house was very clean, had everything we needed for a long weekend, and the location was spectacular. Just a short walk across a lush backyard and you're right at Lake Travis! Owner let us use the 'lake toys' and hang out at his dock. It was a wonderful weekend. Heather / iTrip was very quick to respond to any questions and we appreciated the nice bottle of wine and snacks that were left for us. Would recommend to all of our friends.

Lake Travis Fun

Loved the property and the location. Some of the best lake access on Lake Travis and even better with the boat ramp right on property! Owner is wonderful to work with and shares the dock and all the property very generously. Had some minor issues with the house that were taken care of very timely by property managers. Would love them to put in a few more updates to make this place perfect. Man Cave is awesome and was well enjoyed - overall, great vacation on beautiful section of Lake Travis!

Had to get away!

My family just HAD to get away for a few days - quarantining was driving us all mad. This place was perfect or our family (6). It was clean, comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, close to the water and grocery stores / and restaurants were nearby.

Loved the Guest House. Home was just as pictured so no surprised. Kitchen is small, but well-stocked. Beautiful view of the lake from livingroom. Check-in was seamless (and we were given an early check-in), no issues during our stay - Had a blast.

Great location

The location of this guest house CAN NOT BE BEAT! Loved how close it was to the water, and the great back yard. Owner lives next door and was very 'chill' - enjoyed a couple of beers with him on our first night. Lots to do around the area. Home was very clean and comfortable. iTrip was great to work with. Enjoyed the weekend and will definitely come back.

Comfortable home, spectacular views, perfect vacay

Can't say enough great things about our stay here. The home is a guest house (next to the main house) so it's not huge (maybe 2000sqft) but was very comfortable, nicely furnished, well stocked and had plenty of room for everyone! Family from across TX met here for a long weekend (8 total) and we had the the best time! The home is just steps away from the Lake - great back yard with games for the kids, lounge areas for the adults, and lots of shade. House has a nice deck that faces the lake with a nice table to sit at while BBQ'ing. There is a great sand-volleyball court near the water - everybody loved it! Definitely recommend if you're looking for a great place by the lake that won't break the bank! We'll certainly be back.

Right on the water - the perfect weekend escape!

We have family in Austin so our group (2 adults, 4 kids) went there for a long weekend. We found this place very last-minute and weren't sure what to expect since it was still available this close to July 4th. What a PLEASANT surprise! The place was perfect. We were (literally) a 1-minute walk down to the water. The owner had just finished putting in a sand-volleyball court, and there was giant jenga outside, as well as 'corn-hole' so there was plenty to keep the kjds busy when they weren't playing in the lake. The house comfortably slept the 6 of us, and could have slept a few more. Queen bed in 1 bedroom and then room for the kids on bunks in the other room. We had breakfast food in the fridge which was great because we arrived late and didn't plan ahead so having bacon, eggs, biscuits and OJ was a great start to our weekend. We were also left fresh fruit and wine - nice touch! If you're looking for a place to go to unwind THIS IS IT! It's right on the water, there are lots of places to 'retreat' to if you just want to curl up with a good book, and the place is 5 minutes away from the Oasis if you get stir-crazy (which we didn't). Will definitely come back, had a great time!
