This is a classic vintage home in Incline Village, one block from lake tahoe beaches. The home has classic floor to ceiling window line and multiple fireplaces throughout the home. Nice views from the home. Property management was excellent and responsive. The home is1970s vintage home and as a result the improvements are dated in some ways. Overall we enjoyed our stay over Christmas 2025.

Brilliant location wonderful property

Stayed to enjoy snowboarding during Spring Break. Incline Village is a wonderful town and this vacation property was a real treat. Clean and as described in the listing. Property management also top notch professionals who want to make sure you’re well taken care of.

Great location and overall nice place...in definite need of some updates, and maintenance to make sure everything works correctly. I think foe the price, I expected a little more..but your paying for location

Incline village

The pictures were not true representation of the properties condition. There are stains on the carpet, not a single door closed properly. The floors sloped and are creaky and the kitchen looks original to the homes 1960ish build.

So amazing

The house was a older home and yes it had the usual house creaks and crackles.... but it was perfect... it felt like home... I want to go to that house every year for the rest of my life... my kids had the best time of their life’s... and my wife and I were never happier.... I love the location and how close it is to the office where u get the keys... the hot tub was so relaxing... the neighbors were so nice... I am ready to go back right now.... thank u for an amazing time....

Unassuming property with lots of space

Great home with lots of space. Quiet neighborhood. Only suggestions (and these aren’t deal breakers but could make the property even better) are fans (ceiling fans or stand up fans) for the warm summer months. Also, there was no foil, Saran Wrap, containers with lids to keep leftover foods. BBQ was great and they had 2 propane tanks which is awesome. We’ve had trouble with other rentals in IV that are out or run out. Parking was plentiful and nice and you are close to run and pick up anything you need in town. Walking distance to the beach! Great location and highly recommend!

Nothing Worked

Unable to connect to the WiFi for the entire trip. Property manager could not fix the problem for us. Miscellaneous things around the cabin (BBQ igniter, power outlets, etc.) did not work.

Adorable house in a great location

We loved our stay at this property! From the start, the rental company was extremely easy to communicate with via the app and text message and the check-in process was a breeze (we arrived while the office was open). The house is definitely on the older side, but the bathrooms are nicely updated. Everything was clean and comfy. The owners had a bunch of firewood that were allowed to use. The neighborhood is a great location near town and is regularly snow plowed (even the driveway) if you're there in the winter. You're also able to park in the garage (our truck did not fit though). And the hot tub was fantastic! We ended up packing way too much kitchen stuff as the listing made it sound like there wouldn't be much available, but it's definitely a fully stocked kitchen (in terms of cooking and eating utensils, pots and pans, plates, cups, etc). There's also new appliances (oven, etc). Overall we loved our stay at this house in Incline Village. We would definitely stay there again!

Good experience as expected

While the check on process was antiquated, the home itself was as expected. They are renovating soon so there were a few things that could have been better but overall we enjoyed it very much.

Brady bunch house

We loved our stay in this total Brady Bunch style home. It is funky in a cool way. Location is fabulous, perfect for a family with older members who cannot utilize stairs
