Clean, Comfortable and Accesible

It is always a joy to stay at Fernando s place. Balcony with wall to wall sliding doors with sound proof glass, a big living room and a comfortable bed. Nearby several coffee shops, restaurants,Kennedy Park and Larcomar.

Location, Location, Location

The apartment was very nice and the location couldn't be beat. The photos were accurate and the manager was very easy to work with. It is priced on the higher end, in my opinion, and there were a few items that needed attention. I have communicated them with the manager and am comfortable he will deal with them appropriately.

Modern, comfortable, accessible and secured building in Miraflores

My stay at this property was nothing less than ideal. Owner responded quickly to minor operational problems lke cable tv and wifi access. Maid service was provided once during my 8 night stay. The balcony provides a lot of light to the whole unit. The sliding doors with noise cancelling glass offered a great view and quietness to this noisy city. I will stay again:

The property was very well-kept and classy

It was very clean and a well equipped kitchen. Fernando was there to take care of any small Issue that arose. There were convenient stores and restaurants feet from entrance in a great area of town. I would definitely stay here again anytime.

Definitely was a pleasure having as a guest to Thomas, he is a really great person and all the time was available for receiving our advice and let in to do the housekeeping. Thomas left the apartment clean and tidy. Thank so much for your visit Thomas, I hope to see you soon.

Amazing apartment in a perfect location!!

This property was truly spectacular! Dealing with the owner was also a great experience. The apartment itself had everything and was spotless. Everything a person could need was in the suite. Not to mention, the suite is gorgeously decorated and the balcony is perfect for early morning coffees or late night glasses of wine! I will definitely be back and look forward to staying here again in a few months.
