Sounds like your group had an amazing stay! We're so glad the home, location, pool, and spacious sleeping arrangements were a perfect fit for your group. We do apologize for the delayed check-in. While check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., there are occasionally times when additional cleaning or maintenance is needed to ensure the home is ready for our guests. We appreciate your patience and are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay overall. Thank you for choosing Port A Escapes. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you back for another island getaway soon!

It sounds like 616 Sandcastle was the perfect gathering place for your family! We're so happy to hear the layout gave everyone the space and privacy they needed while still bringing everyone together on the second floor for meals, games, and making memories. It also sounds like the kids had a blast with the pool, and we're glad the separate downstairs living area worked so well for the little ones. We're especially happy our maintenance team was able to help recover your grandson's wallet. It's always nice when a stressful moment has a happy ending! Thank you for choosing Port A Escapes. We hope your family made memories that will last a lifetime, and we'd love to welcome you back again!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear the home didn't meet your expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the layout and the privacy of the primary bedroom. We'll review the listing to ensure the home's layout is clearly described. We also appreciate you bringing the door and hinges to our attention so our maintenance team can inspect and address those items. We appreciate your comments about the pool as well. Listing photos are intended to accurately represent the property, but we understand perspectives can sometimes make spaces appear different in size. Thank you again for your feedback.
