山と谷の豪華な景色を望む真新しい美しい山の家。 ホームには、カスタム木工、壮大な10フィートの天井、26フィートの高さの大きな部屋、巨大な窓、最先端のキッチン、卓球とフーズボールを備えたゲームルーム、屋外の温水浴槽を備えた4,000平方フィートの最高級の予約が可能ですマウンテンビューを撮影します。

2階に2ベッドルーム、3階に2ベッドルームを備えた2つの家族のためにうまくセットアップされています。

町の広場、ホワイトマウンテンアスレチッククラブ*、ウォータービルバレーのすべてに徒歩圏内です。

Beautiful house with amazing amenities and great location! We loved our stay and the proximity to the ski resort. Views were gorgeous and everything was as advertised. Would 100% recommend this house and definitely would come back!

This house is beautiful. Modern cabin with fantastic views. It's spacious, clean and so comfortable. The house is located in the charming Waterville Valley, a plaza of quintessential NH shops and restaurants--less than 5 minute drive. Our host, Lori, was responsive and provided detailed instructions on how to navigate and maintain the home. We would definitely return!

We were fortunate to have found this rental and Lori as our host when a prior VRBO booking cancelled our reservation last minute. Lori was quick to respond, very accommodating, and offered our group the most amazing last minute vacation home for the weekend. Lori was very responsive to our inquiries and needs throughout our stay! The views, furnishing and space is unmatched, and the use of the recreation space and hot tub made for a relaxing weekend! Definitely would stay here again!

Beautiful mountain weekend

We booked a four night stay while visiting Waterville for a July wedding and loved every moment of our time in the house. From early morning coffee to happy hour, the views from the main living area were absolutely beautiful and captivating for all ages. The house itself was very clean and a great layout for multiple families. I would highly recommend and hope to return again!

Great house with beautiful view

Main kitchen/dining/living room is large and open, which makes it perfect for the group to all spend time together. The views from the deck are outstanding. Bedrooms and bathrooms are nice. Kids loved pingpong and foosball. Location close to town square. We hope to stay here again next year.

Excellent family getaway in a prime location!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house itself was beautiful and extremely well maintained. Lots of space for a large group (7 adults, 4 kids). The views were spectacular, and the house is located in such a great location in Waterville Valley. Less than a 5 minute drive to the town square/activities, including lots of activities and options for kids. The owner was very communicative and friendly. I hope we can go back again next year!

Perfect family gathering space!

What a beautiful home with stunning views of the mountains! The property was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The main family room is picture perfect and is exactly as depicted on VRBO. Add in the hot tub spa and ping pong table and you have the perfect family spot. We had 8 in our party and there was plenty of bed and bathroom space for everyone! Lori is a super responsive host who answered all of our questions quickly - we would definitely rent this property again!!

Great place, but didn’t deliver on all the options

Overall, we loved the place. Great house in a great location. Our only complaint was that it stated that there was a sauna, which it had, but it must’ve just been installed because it still had all the paperwork in it. The other listing option that want quite accurate was that it stated that we could use a local fitness club for a fee. After contacting the club, we were told that it actually wasn’t an option for us to use the facility, which included tennis courts and two pools. We would’ve certainly paid a little extra to use these amenities, if it was an option. Again, overall we loved the place. If the listing sheet matched what we could’ve actually used, it would’ve been 5 stars all around. We will consider this place in the future. -Thanks for sharing your beautiful home Lori!

Beautiful home with wonderful architecture only beat by the stunning mountain view. Lori was a wonderful host, communicative and responsive. Perfect location for a NH mountain getaway.

Luxurious New House with the Best Views!

We had a great time during our stay from Aug 21-28. The house is newly built, luxurious with all modern high-end equipment and has the best views in Waterville Valley (we go there almost annually). The house was big enough for the kids and parents to spread around the house and everyone enjoyed it. Lori was very nice and prompt in answering any questions we had. There were even mountain bikes for our use. From the fireplace to the ping pong table to the breathtaking views of the mountains, this was an awesome house to stay for a memorable stay.

What a wonderful house!

Lori was an excellent host and made us feel very welcome. Fabulous kitchen, gorgeous views, and great gathering spaces. Loved the hot tub and ping pong. Even has a lovely cozy space for remote work. Easy access to hiking, tennis and golf. Had such a great time. Thanks so much for having us!

Waterville Valley Getaway

Beautiful property in Waterville Valley with terrific mountain views. Amazing home with a very considerate host. Lori was a pleasure to work with during our stay. Real life VRBO commercial

This place turned out to be a real life VRBO commercial. The property is amazing and the view from the deck is extraordinary. Our group split off by ages and we’re using all parts of the house at certain points. Sitting on the deck, playing table tennis, using the hot tub, cooking, mixing drinks. We were wondering if we would get our monies worth and we most certainly did. I was told be neighbors the house had the best view in the valley. Our younger ones were scootering all over the area near the house and anyone they came into contact was considerate and kind to them. It’s a high end place with very limited reason to leave the house. It when you do the town square is close and easy. I definitely would recommend. The owner was in contact and responsive as well.

Great Getaway

The property is very nice and the views are spectacular. We played golf and loved the hot tub outside! The open floor plan works great for interacting with family. Would definitely go back.

Family Reunion in the Mountains

Wonderful family reunion in Waterville Valley. Our first get- together since COVID. The house was perfect: large kitchen and family room that accommodated all 10 of us quite easily. The views are amazing and owners were very responsive. House is well stocked for cooking (including gas grill) and is close to trails and Franconia Notch. Fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Waterville valley is a beautiful area and this house lets you enjoy that beauty in so many ways. It is on a quiet street close to the Athletic Center and close to the town square so it is an easy drive or even walk if you can pull yourself away from this cozy home. We could have soaked in the views of the mountains all day from the living room or deck. We had one rainy day and we were just as happy sitting by the fire and watching the weather and mountains in the comfortable and inviting living space. Communication with the owners was exceptional with detailed instructions and even helpful videos. They were quick to respond with any questions even though we didn't have many because the instructions left at the house were very detailed. Overall we would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking to get away and enjoy the beauty of the White Mountains. There is plenty of space to spread out, we had a cozy stay with 4 but it could certainly entertain more comfortably.

This house is so amazing, as are the views and amenities! While it was only the two of us, I could see how this place would be amazing for family get-togethers. Huge house and garage, but located right close to the village. Ten stars!

Weekend Away

Wife and I went up for the weekend in October for foliage season. House is beautiful and VERY clean (probably my biggest concern with VRBO rentals at times). Well appointed and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Couldn't have a better view to enjoy any season. Lori was extremely helpful and very easy to contact and communicate with. Would absolutely rent again.

this house is beautiful, big, roomy, clean, gorges views, we had an amazing time, it looks much much nicer then the pictures online, the host was really nice and helpful, i would give it 10 stars if i hd the option!!!
