Graduation

We came from Humboldt for our granddauters graduation. Teresa was very nice and accommodating. The space is right on the Rogue River with a beautiful view. The kids loved the pool with slde! We really enjoyed our stay.

Riverside on the Rouge

It was such a pleasurable stay,the host Teresa was so nice to deal with,I highly recommend,not the best time of year to be out here in Grantspass but the snow was great to see for this Florida man !!!

Really nice place by the river

This was our second stay. The location is private, and the back yard has a pool and a view down to the river. Teresa is a great host, and the cottage and property are beautiful and clean!

River in the rain

Teresa is such a lovely host. The room was perfect, cute, interior design with lots of special touches. Bed was super comfortable which can be hard to find. Would stay again in a heartbeat. River view spectacular.

Kids & Grands Visit

My wife and I traveled from Texas to visit the kids and grandkids. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and host. We were able to enjoy the pool with our local family and just hang out. Our host was also very generous by giving us lots of home made goodies and even a bottle of local wine. The view of the river was a bonus. The quarters were well equipped with everything you’ll need. The room does have three skylights, so if you want to sleep in you may want to consider eye covering. We will definitely book this property for our next visit.

Great stay

We were welcomed when arrived and showed the space and how to use the pool and slide. Room was spacious and clean with a nice welcome bottle of wine. The property was great right on the river and look forward to staying again.

West coast getaway

The property was very well maintained and clean. Our host was on site daily and communication was great! The location was fantastic! Close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood.

Loved everything about it!

We definitely plan to book another stay at this amazing property. Such a peaceful setting right on the Rogue River. The heated saline pool was so much fun. Teresa is such a great host, super attentive and helpful.

Perfect summer getaway

We spent a week at Riverside and had a great time playing in the pool! The room is comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen is complete. This was our third stay and we will be back next year.

We loved our stay. Teresa was super welcoming and a great person. Her love for dogs was truly evident on how she made sure our dog had all the fun. This question asks 'Why this property?'. Why indeed. There are any number of other choices a traveler can make. Occasionally I will hear “Wow, you’re expensive.” And i think, “Really? Compared to what?” See… some people drive a Lexus; some drive a Kia, some people eat tamales from the lady at the farmers market; some like theirs from a can, some people value the experience, quality and memories made when choosing their accommodations; some are okay as long as the door locks.

Any car will get you where you need to go.
Any food will fill you up.
Most any bed will produce sleep.
The end result is the same.

But…

The QUALITY of the results differ.
The EXPERIENCE differs.
The VALUE differs.

There is no right or wrong
It’s simply what’s important to you.
