自然の茂みに囲まれたプライベートレーンの外れにある、生態学的にも持続可能にもデザインされた住宅で、間違いなく街で最高の景色のひとつです。 床暖房付きの3つの独立したベッドルーム、2つのラウンジルーム、卓球台、屋内スパ（景色付き）、広いオープンキッチン、広い庭園が備わる、美しい明るく自然に暖かいリビングスペース。

焼きたての卵、季節の有機果物と野菜、自家製の保存料は購入可能です。 果樹や見事な先住民のいる庭園があります。 リクエストに応じて周辺施設のガーデンツアーを利用できます。

Family Holiday

The property was amazing. Views were inspiring. We arrived with a rather large rental van, which made the drive in to the house a tight one, but Kim gave us great instructions and we made it with no issues. Great property and hosts

The house overlooks the town of Sumner and the ocean. Very spacious house and beautiful property. The hosts live in a separate apartment of the house. They were always available if necessary. Great people. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely stay

Very nice house, lots of space and everything you could ask for. The hosts are very nice and can sell you fresh eggs from the chickens in the garden.

Wow.

If you’re considering this home just go ahead and book it right now. Seriously just do it. The unit is a very spacious, attractive and comfortable space, beautifully designed. The grounds are lovely and peaceful. And-the views from all the bedrooms, living spaces, and even bathrooms are absolutely stunning, even on cloudy days. Kim was a fantastic host, made sure we had everything we needed, and was very helpful at orienting us to the area and to South Island.

School holiday catch up

School holiday catchup with family who live in Christchurch and family from Auckland who came down for Auckland anniversary weekend. The chickens were the highlight for both the grandchildren (who stayed mid week) and the Auckland family. Quick access to the Scarbough playground, water play area and the beach excellent as grandchildren are aged 4 and 6 years. Corrianders Indian restaurant fabulous food highly recommend. The Bohemium bakery has good variety of freashly baked artisan bread. Auckland family loved the ham & cheese, chocolate and almond croissants. Check in with Kim easy, directions accurate. So pleased excellent turning area for the vehicle. Thanks for the kale to feed the chickens. We also found the leftover pasta and bread pieces they enjoyed. Excellent place for the variety of ages. Auckland family loved the views and warmth of the house. Several areas in the house where different aged family members could relax. Inspirational glasshouse and vegetable garden.

Haven on a hill

We had never been to christchurch and had no idea where to stay or what to see and do, and we are so glad we picked to stay here. This is a place that will make you want to drop all your plans and hang out here instead. Simply stunning. And it happens to be in the best area of town - the beaches, eateries in and around sumner and the breathtaking view as you drive into Lyttleton are all must dos! We tagged a 2 night stay here at the end of a week long tour of the south island, it wasnt long enough so we will most definitely be back just to come here. There are lots of stairs throughout the property so guests need to be nimble, and small children need to be confident with steps but otherwise its a large place with fabulous views from every room and nooks for curling up with a book, so dont let the steps put you off. Kitchen is well stocked with all the things you need, showers are hot and powerful, beds are super comfy!

Stayed at Kim and Elly’s place with a group of friends over the weekend. Had such a nice time it was a great experience, flawless accommodation and lovely hosts.

Wonderful house for a family

This is a beautiful house with spectacular views and wonderful gardens. The layout of the home is perfect for a family or more than a couple because of the different levels. Very tastefully and practically furnished. Owner lives on premises so any request is immediately addressed. Roads leading to the house are a bit difficult to navigate but there is a reward at the end.

Fantastic Vacation Stay

The property was amazing and we would highly recommend this home for anyone. The home is very spacious and comfortable and the view is amazing. The local community was very welcoming, friendly, and kind. The host(s) were so very warm and endearing and made us feel like being home and part of the family. We will keep our memories of this time close to heart!

Great view. Lots of amenities. Nice owners. We would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Views are great and home is well equipped. Owners are nice and were committed to our comfort. The place is a bit smaller than it appears on the website especially the deck and access and parking are tight.

Incredibly fantastic beautiful home with expansive views over Christchurch.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kim's. It was a much welcomed luxurious regrouping after 12 days up the west coast in a small camper van. The spa was such a treat and we loved our table tennis tournament. Thanks so much.

We loved our stay at this amazing house. It was so much more than we imagined. The house is beautifully designed and appointed, and the view is beyond description. Kim was a great host. If you visit Christchurch, I highly recommend that you stay in this house. Simply the best!
