City Getaway.

Joseph was excellent to deal with. He met us at the property and showed us where we needed to park and the apartment. He also attended to our needs and questions quickly after we checked in and he had left. The apartment was well equipped and catered for our family’s needs. However, there are a few things that need some attention. The lights over the kitchen bench area didn’t work. There was a leak from the fridge, and in the master bathroom, the shower door doesn’t close properly so water leaks from the shower area all over the floor. I think it would also be a nice addition to the apartment, to put some nice candles or air fresheners to make the area smell fresh and not stale. For people that sleep lightly and don’t like noise, I suggest you pack ear plugs as Friday and Saturday nights are very noisy with the close proximity of Hindley St and the nearby nightclubs. 🤣 Overall a lovely stay and we have rebooked for January & have recommended to friends.

Weekend away

Great apartment with lots of room to move and good location to the attraction in the CBD. We enjoyed our stay and Joseph was a great host meeting us at the property to show us around and we would stay there again.

Quite a good location with tram outside, but also very close to the night club hub. So night/early noise could be an issue for some people.

Spacious apartment in a great location

The apartment is a great size with all the amenities you need. There’s a coffee club downstairs, tram stop just down the road and it’s located a short walk to the mall. Bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights because of the clubs nearby, but otherwise a great city stay.

Lovely Apartment

We’ve just enjoyed a wonderful 6 night saying in this amazing apartment. Joseph was very quick to reply to my messages prior to booking. The photos on stayz are great but do not compare it’s it’s pure beauty in person. The apartment is a casual 5 minute walk to train station, 10 mins stroll to Rundall Mall, many eateries in walking distance, 10 minute walk to Hindley Street Cinema. Unfortunately trams not running for our stay but Tram stops within minutes of Apartment. The apartment block has a lovely cafe, and a pool/spa/sauna to be enjoyed. I’m in love with the actual apartment, was sad leaving today. The lovely kitchen, and living areas are spacious. The bathrooms are very nice. The en-suite bathroom has a huge spa/bath and a double vanity. The convenience of a washing machine and dryer is an added bonus. Both bedrooms and lounge room have doors out onto a massive balcony which over looks Hindley Street. If a light sleeper like me ear plugs a good idea for Friday and Saturday nights as some of the noise from Hindley Street party life can be heard (it’s not too bad though), we actually enjoyed this. The beds are very comfortable, lots of wardrobe space. There was a small issue with bed configuration in our kids room on arrival but with in an less than an hour of contacting Joseph issue was fixed. The gentleman meeting us, was there on our arrival and he too was a very polite friendly man. We absolutely recommend this apartment. We are a family of 4 with our children being 15 and 12 they comfortably shared their room. Apartment would also be great for 2 couples travelling together with queen bed configurations or for 4 singles travelling together wth 2 people in each room. Even down to the little details of this apartment being right next door to the rubbish chute, and not having to wander around an attire floor looking for it, was great. Thanks again Joseph for 6 wonderful nights of accommodation.
