Clean and updated--great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit (142) was clean and nicely updated. View was beautiful, nice furniture beds were comfy, nice TVs and plenty of linens. It was great to have a full kitchen and keurig, too! A few small issues, none of which were enormous--our sheets were nubby in the master bedroom--felt like sleeping on sand. The microwave didn't work properly, the dishwasher wasn't bolted into the cupboards and would "fall out" when opened. Multiple outlets didn't work, and the kitchen could have been slightly better equipped. A few more lights would have been nice too, as our condo was on the dim side, perhaps along with instructions on how to work the TVs. Overall, a very pleasant stay despite a few tiny things. We'd gladly return to this complex and unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part, our stay was very nice in these Matador Condos. However, the unit is slightly run down and is in need of an update. Some of the doors were hard to slide, and some of the cabinets in the kitchen were hanging instead of sliding easily. You also have to pick up and drop off a key from the rental office down the road. A keypad would be much more convenient and easier to use. The unit did not come with certain things that were advertised, such as an ice maker in the fridge. There were also things missing that we would normally expect in rentals, like paper towels. However, the unit is decorated and updated more than what is seen in the unit photos. It is completely redecorated and repainted.
