Welcome to this comfortable condo with incredible views and the best beaches. This terrific property features 1 bedroom with a cozy queen bed, 1.5 bathrooms, and a living room area with a full kitchen and a living room sofa bed. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, and AC during their stay. Imagine waking up to the direct view of the Gulf and starting your day with a cup of coffee on the balcony. We want you to enjoy the lovely beachfront on Okaloosa Island or travel 7 miles to Destin where there are many types of entertainment.
We, as the owners and host also own the condo next door. Please see our reviews for Island Sands #209. To get this new purchase moving forward, it will be deep cleaned by July 12th and we have a goal to redecorate some elements of the home this fall. Therefore we are offering bargain pricing this summer. Please let me know of any questions.
We will take pictures when we arrive in Florida. Please look at the Realtor.com pictures for some inside photos.
