The host was very welcoming and we actually got to check in early thank god because we had a 6:30am flight. The house was nice and comfy. It had a lot to offer with the amenities inside the house. The only reason I am giving a 4 star instead of 5 was because the master bedroom bed was really firm. This was too hard for my husband and I. The other beds in the other 2 rooms were good. It was a quick stay for us as we just went to see the football game which we enjoyed. Other than that the host was very responsive and pleasant. Other than the bed (this was just our opinion ) I would recommend this house.

Wow!! The house was amazing and comfortable. There was everything we needed. From dishes to coffee to shapoo conditioner body wash, you name it. Also they responded to questuons immediately will definitely stay again!

The house was clean, and spacious. The location to downtown activities was convenient. The hosts were super responsive throughout our stay if and when we needed to communicate. My family and I would stay here again.

This home is perfect! So clean and a great locations. The owners are great communicators and leave so many welcoming touches around the place including flowers, candy, water, supplies etc. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

The owners take really good care of the home. Great for diamondback game or basketball games. Walking distance to a lot of places if it was cooler weather. Uber is easily accessible and close to the airport like 10 minutes away. There was one night with thunder storms and lightening and rain messaged the owner and asked if they wanted us to put the patio cushions in the garage. Answered right away. Anytime I had a question about something I got a very fast and prompt response.Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing trip and location was perfect. Just a 10-minute walk to Chase Field. House was great, beds were comfortbale and even had futon/blow-up mattress. Appreciated everything the owners did to make guests feel welcomed!

Comfortable home close to downtown

We will try to stay here any time we're in Phoenix -- very comfortable, spacious, and well-kept home for the four of us. Excellent kitchen, bathrooms, and open living room; backyard is superb as well. Just a short 10min walk to downtown and ballpark, with even closer proximity to some exceptional restaurants.

We had a brief but perfect stay in your home. The location was perfect! We walked in the 100 degree heat to our baseball game!

Clean home close to convention center

Easy walk to Phoenix Convention Center. House was perfectly clean and appropriately stocked with supplies. Furniture was comfy and AC cool. Fast communication with owner.

Location

The location was close to the Chase Field, the airport and ASU. We were there for a graduation and every place we wanted to go was within a few minutes away to 20 minutes away. It was fantastic. We needed batteries and it was brought later that day. No complaints. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of four.

Great house great price

I was in town for a conference at the convention center. The house was clean, close and came equipped with everything including coffee, waters, plenty of towels. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house in a perfect location

The house was perfect, beds were comfortable, outdoors area was nice. The location was perfect to walk to the Convention Center and Chase Stadium. Traffic is crazy in Phoenix so it was nice that we could walk were we need to. Kim and Santigo were great hosts they answered every question I had very timely. I cannot think of one negative thing to say. If you need a place to stay in Phoenix this is the place it was also very close to the airport. Thank you so much.

Nice home

Nice clean well appointed home. Bed was comfortable. Walking distance to Chase field. Everything you need ia provided and even extras like water and snacks. Would stay here again.

Great place

I felt like this place had plenty of space for us. It was in a good location for us to get around to many different areas that we had traveled. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable.
