Spectacular Property

The house is beautiful, very well decorated and wonderful linens. It is in pristine condition and the grounds are amazing. The pool is heated and beautiful. The host is also very kind and makes it very easy to check-in. It was a wonderful vacation!

Another Great Year On ACK, In Polpis

After having stayed at the property several years in a row we must say each year is better than the last, the homeowners do an incredible job of communicating with us prior to arrival and when we arrive to make sure everything goes smooth, no detail goes overlooked. While we had no issues during our stay they did reach out to make sure we didn't need anything and helped us with planning with regard to a chef, activities and destination suggestions. The compound is family friendly, we would recommend to anyone who is looking for an ideal location on island, not far from town but in a very private neighborhood. The backyard is top notch and where many afternoons were spent by the pool and large grass area after enjoying a great morning at the beach with the beach gear that the owner provided in the garage. At night the house provides many areas for relaxation after cooking a dinner in the lovely kitchen, our favorite being the living room with high ceilings, lovely furniture and a great layout to have conversations to reflect on the day. If your debating if this home is for you, don't! It will exceed your expectations as it lives better than even the pictures show. Thank you for the great holiday on island, you have a lovely home. See you next year!

Island living at it’s finest!

After vacationing on Nantucket for 25 years we were fortunate enough to come across this incredible compound! This past stay was our 3rd year at the property and we have nothing but incredible things to say about the home and owners! We look forward to returning again next summer. Starting from the booking all the way through our last day at their home the owners were lovely to work with, they were responsive, left the house immaculate for our arrival and even left snacks and wine. Anytime we had a question they got back to us immediately and followed up to make sure we were all set, it is immediately clear that the home is very well taken care of. While the pictures speak for themselves I have to say you have to step foot on the grounds to get the full experience. We travel to Nantucket to spend days outside, the pool and multiple outdoor decks with views exceeded our expectations. In the evening we enjoyed making meals for the group in the well laid out organized kitchen and eating our dinners on the back deck or screened in outdoor porch. After that we would retreat to the relaxing living room for time to catch up on stories from the day. This part of the island offers close access to town, hiking trails right in the back yard, access to the bike path and incredible views of the moors. Our only regret was having to leave! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts.

Wonderful vacation—great house and property

Beautiful home with great amenities and attentive hosts. From beginning to end, our Nantucket vacation at this hill-top estate was perfect. Owners were committed to making sure we had a fantastic experience. The house and grounds are meticulously maintained, and when minor issues arouse the openers took care of them immediately. The property is very well equipped and organized with every you could possibly need to enjoy the pool and the beach, cook meals or just relax. We stayed the house for two weeks with our adult children and some of their friends and another couple. There was ample room both inside and outside for everyone to do their on thing—multiple decks and eating areas, screen porch, infinity pool and living areas. Great Wi-Fi. Complete privacy yet only 10 minutes to the town and 10 minutes to the beach. There are beautiful bikes provided and great bike and walking trails near the house.. The pool is magical and overlooks the Moors. The house is immaculate and tastefully decorated. Quality appliances, ample linens, beach towels, games, smart TV’s, beach umbrella’s, chairs and coolers, etc. All in all, a lovely turn-key setting for a perfect summer vacation.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property on ACK. The home, location and attention to detail could not have been better. Nothing beat a great morning on a south shore beach followed by an afternoon by the pool with friends and family. Thank you for the hospitality!

Absolute Paradise

We loved our stay at the Hilltop Estate. The property has a wonderfully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, Nespresso, tons of plates, spatulas, etc), and a number of different eating areas. Want to eat under a beautiful umbrella by the pool? Sure. Want to gather 14 people around a lovely dining table? Definitely. Want to relax in a shaded and screened in porch and play cards after dinner in cushioned chairs? Yup, yup. We stayed in the main house and invited family and friends to stay in the two guest cottages. There was more than enough room for our families to play in the yards, swim in the pool, and lounge during cocktail hour. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated, and each bathroom comes with more towels than you could possibly use. The living rooms are comfortable and classy. The whole house has a very authentic Nantucket feel but is tastefully updated with modern bathrooms and great furniture. The host left us pool toys for the children and some bubbly for the adults to enjoy. She was incredibly responsive when there was a slight issue with the guesthouse air-conditioning, and proactive in making sure that our vacation was a total dream. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a fantastic Nantucket experience and for a great host.

After searching all over the island, we knew this was for us as soon as we saw it. It's peaceful with beautiful views- yet a short drive or bike ride to any place on the Island. We also loved the three distinct buildings and all the living areas-- so everyone can have some privacy but also gather to hang-out and dine. We saw it as a place our grown children would love and pass down for generations. Its out little piece of heaven.
