Our family of four had a wonderful time at Pleasure Island Place. The condo was spacious, clean, and had all the comforts of home. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were very convenient, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. We enjoyed the quiet location and the easy access to the beach. A perfect spot for a family vacation!

Ideal Location and Amenities

Pleasure Island Place exceeded our expectations. The location is great, just a block from the beach and not far from the pier. The condo had everything we needed: kitchen, TV, and comfortable beds. We appreciated that the place was dog-friendly, so we could bring our dog. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect Beach Escape

We had a fantastic stay at Pleasure Island Place! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The king room was super comfortable, and we loved having our morning coffee on the deck with ocean views. The beach access was just a short walk away. We'd like to come back during warmer weather so we can enjoy the pool. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway!

Our Carolina Beach rental was an amazing experience. The beach house was very clean and nicely equipped. The "hosts" were quick to respond to any questions we had Highly recommended and will for sure stay on any future vacations in the area

Overall, our family of 4 (plus mini poodle) enjoyed our stay. This apartment was clean, close to the beach, and a close drive to lots of good restaurants. The view off the front porch was really nice, especially in the morning. The absolute minimum provisions were available at check-in, including 1 roll of toilet paper (to be shared between 2 bathrooms?). You should definitely bring your own everything when you stay here. This rental was a bit more than shabby chic - with well worn towels, shower curtains, and sliding glass window curtains. The dustpan for the broom was warped and made it difficult to sweep to keep the sand out. With some maintenance and a refresh, I could give this rental 5 stars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo. It was easy walking to the beach and other attractions. The condo was well equipped and clean… Great bedding, towels, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Very happy to recommend. And iTrip is great to work with!

The property was nice, clean, and comfortable. Convenient location with a 1-2 minute walk to the beach. Management company was very professional and responsive.

this was a nice condo, clean and updated. it was very relaxing and close to the beach we wish there had been more activities close by... putt putt, go carts etc boardwalk is small but has the rides and arcade Go to Michaels seafood! amazing food and close. we would stay here again

December Stay

We loved our stay and hated to leave even though it was raining. Great Location, view, and beach access!Accommodations were 5 star- everything we needed for our winter stay. We will be back❤️❤️

Great Location, Very Clean!

Located just across the street from the beach. Condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. Used the charcoal grill 3 times while there. Floors were in great shape as well. Had a nice deck to relax on as well.

Great location, perfectly stocked kitchen.

I really enjoyed my stay. The condo itself was super clean and appeared as advertised. The property is pretty old, but the location makes up for it. It’s an easy walk to the beach just across the street. I cooked several meals and had all of the supplies I needed.
