Can't go wrong with the location, right on the beach. Parking was no issue and everyone we encountered seemed to be happy to be there.

Great weather! We love the location and the people who stay there are very nice. Betty is excellent in addressing issues within her realm. The condo overall is ok but for the cost of it we wish the owner would invest in improving the Living & Dining Room areas

This was our second stay at Gulf Strand. We absolutely love it. We will definitely be back for a third stay. And probably many more. The location is perfect. Close to everything you need. The balcony is perfect for watching those beautiful sunsets.

Beautiful condo that just needs a little upgrading, specifically the bed, shower heads and doors, and screen door that came right off. First time renting a condo, so we were very impressed with the fully stocked kitchen (including a fridge that made ice), extra towels, and extra beach supplies found in the closets (would be great if you bring kids). The beach was right outside, and there were some great restaurants nearby and stores for essentials that you could walk to. If the bed wasn't too soft for my husband (bad back), we would absolutely rent again.

Excellent condo right on the beach. Newer appliances, technology. Close to everything. We really enjoyed our visit and the condo.

Stay right next to the public beach parking lot!!!

Want to witness everyone fighting over a parking space and blowing their horns and get a partial gulf view in the far distance? Want to watch drunks stumble to their cars and get high in the parking lot? This place is just for you! Plus guests can throw 15 year old a birthday party from a party rental business on property and use the grill, patio and pool area for their own private guests for the event! Would not recommend this for a relaxing family trip.

Great Beachfront Stay

Wonderful stay at Gulf Strand Resort! We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night visit. There is a problem with hot water to the sinks, and water pressure, but otherwise a perfect getaway.

Great place for the price

Clean beachfront place, great view from the balcony, walking distance to grocery store, drugstore, and restaurants. The couch needs to be replaced and the water pressure is nonexistent. Overall, a great place right on the beach for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice, older beach condos

We stayed in room 603. Clean, nice view of the ocean. People in office were nice. Just a quaint condo. My only recommendation is that the sliding door on this unit is permanently fogged, guess from years is salt water, hard to sit in living room and look out at the beach. Sliding door needs to be replaced.
