Beautiful condo on the beach with breathtaking sunsets. Bed was awesome. Nice building everything was perfect. I highly recommend this condo for your next vacation in St Petersburg. The gulf was clear and soothing, plenty of room on the beach.Thank you for a great stay and definitely will stay again.

Steve is a fantastic host! The website description of the condo, property is 100% accurate. Check in was seamless. The condo is comfortable, super clean and literally has everything you can possibly need down to beach chairs, fishing pole and even a small cooler tote. My husband and I loved every minute of our stay and will absolutely book again with Steve.

Great place! Great location. Our host was amazing. Gave us a lot of great tips on where to go and how to get around. Having the Sunrunner next to the condo was kismet! Took it downtown to see the baseball game at Tropicana field.

We had a wonderful time at this beachfront property! The location was perfect with easy access to the beach and beautiful views that made our stay truly relaxing. The property had everything that you could possibly need for your stay. The only issue we experience was that the air conditioning didn’t cool the space as much as we would have liked, especially in the warmer parts of the day. It felt very humid while we were getting ready to head out for the night; however, this wasn’t that big of a problem enough to bother the owner with. He was very welcoming and his unit is beautiful!

This location is absolutely the BEST. Steve responds faster than any host I have ever dealt with. He is always available for any and all questions. As a personal preference I would prefer a newer, firmer mattress, but that is a personal preference. I loved this condo.

We loved our stay at Steve's condo. It was great to have a washing machine, and we enjoyed our coffee at his high top table out on the deck each morning. I never got tired of the view! We were within walking distance to many things.

Location, Location, Location! It's just hard to beat. Miles of beautiful white sand beach, walk either direction to find all the best Tiki Bars, live music, shelling and of course the best sunsets you've ever seen! A half a block down across the street is the Dolphin Village Plaza with Publix, Dollar Store, CVS and specialty stores along with restaurants and a bank. Also directly across the street is the Sea Turtle Restaurant, owned and operated by a local British family has the best breakfast on the beach along with a great affordable menu. Speaking of affordable, directly behind the Sea Turtle is "The Drunken Clam" best dive bar on the beach! They have great TV's with all the sports you want to watch, along with the best wings on the beach! also local favorites like fish spread, peel & eat shrimp, etc.
