Perfect location

We enjoyed this condo and the location. Just steps to the beach and we easily walked to many great restaurants. Very comfortable and clean condo.

Fantastic Location

Excellent location and great place for my family of 4 to stay for a week. Cannot beat close proximity to Upham Beach and the unit included everything needed for my family to stay comfortably. I would definitely book this rental again.

Perfection at St. Pete’s Beach

Absolutely loved our stay at this beachfront condo! The stunning ocean views, cozy decor, and convenient amenities made our vacation unforgettable. Perfect location, and the owner was incredibly accommodating. Can't wait to return!

Great location!

Very nice place to stay with a family. The unit was clean and has everything we need. Next to the beach with a nice pool, parking included and quiet neighborhood. I will rent it again!

Great location. Had some issues with door locks, but the managing company took care of them quickly. Place was clean, close to beach.

Beautiful Location

Went on a family girls trip to St. Pete and we absolutely loved this location. It was a couple minute walk from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and bars. You can take a short drive to John’s Pass for a day on the water. The Seafood Festival was a blast as well. We will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough about Theresa in the office. She is very knowledgeable and accommodating. She is one of the reasons we have stayed multiple times. Looking forward to next year. As always we loved our stay at Gulf Winds.

Unit 1003 was perfect for our family of 4. This was our childrens first trip to the ocean. Not only was the gulf right across the street, they could come straight to the pool after showering off. Our unit was clean, with stores and restaurants within walking distance. The office staff was incredibly helpful. I'm so glad I found gulf winds. We will be back!

Fire the maid and hire pest control

Before even getting inside, we almost fell on our butts from the slippery welcome mat. Would recommend getting a non-slip mat. Especially when it comes to smooth surfaces and sand. Second, we noticed our place didn’t have chairs (which wasn’t guaranteed) nor designated beach towels (just small, white bathroom towels). Kitchen was clean. However, upon entering the bedrooms, it was clear that the cleaning service only changed the bedding. There was a buildup of dirt, dust bunnies, and filth underneath the bed that was gross. You didn’t even need to bend down to see it. THEN we discovered bugs going in and out of the floor boards and the walls and window sills. Flying, mating all in our suitcases and clothing. We had to shake out every item to make sure we didn’t bring them home. And the windows are basically just for show. Wasn’t able to open them at all because whoever painted just painted over everything. Overall, I WOULDN'T recommend this to anyone and would like to be reimbursed for the stay. Beware of the infestation of bugs and the dirt from 10s of guests before you. The ONLY good thing about this is the designated parking and it’s literally across the street from the beach.

Good spot for a family get away

Room was just as advertised. Pretty much right on the beach, pool, and plenty of stuff to do nearby. Check in was easy and it has washers and dryer’s on site to do laundry. Only down side was the unit above us was under construction, we like to sleep in on vacation but workers were hammering and using power tools at 8am so that didn’t happen

Family Getaway

The condo was the perfect location for us. Close to the shopping and restaurants, and a short walk down to the water. We enjoyed the pool after being at the beach all day. It was a great break from life.

Vision conference stay at Gulf Winds

Property was in a great part of town, near lots of bars and restaurants and just steps from the beach. The place was exactly as advertised and was tidy. There was a bit of sand or something on the counter upon arrival, and the water had a salty taste which is why I did not give a perfect score for cleanliness.

Amazing stay at the beach!

Location is fantastic! First time taking our kids to the Ocean and they loved every minute of it. The condo was clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order. Very family friendly and everyone staying at gulf winds was so nice. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Home Base

Loved getting up every morning and walking across the street to the beach. Ate breakfast at the grill. Perfect location close to the main road, but far enough off to avoid traffic and noise. Condo clean and comfortable. Would stay again .

Great Location

Great location and the Condo worked out well for what we needed. Loved having the Restaurants close enough to walk to for dinner and having the Beach and Beach Cafe across the street to walk to for lunches and breakfast.

Great location

We loved the location and the property. The property is cleaned except they leave the dishes to be cleaned by previous person so when we got there lots of dishes were dirty. And they definitely need a bug guy, we had to kill a few spiders. Other than that it really is a cute place and great location!!
