Great little condo

Great little condo to stay in with a nice screened in porch. Very clean and had all the amenities as well. Super close to the beach and resturants. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

We enjoyed the privacy that this condo offered. It had every thing we needed and more! The only negative thing was sand was everywhere on the floors. They had not been cleaned. That was disappointing since it mentioned in another review.

Perfect location

We loved the property and the location. Floors were absolutely disgusting. No way they were cleaned before we arrived. Sheets were not very clean looking either and pillow throws on bed were gross. It just needs a good cleaning. I had to buy stuff to clean the floors. A mop would be great.

Close, Clean, Quiet

We stayed in the separate cottage which, no doubt, affected our impression of the property. We didn't share walls, floors, or ceilings with anyone. That made it very quiet and private. Only problems were keeping the bedroom cool with the door shut, and the small step up from the kitchen and one bedroom. The beach is right across the street; the laundry facility was handy, as was the shuffleboard court, which is much more fun that I remembered. It is also walking distance to multiple restaurants and bars.

All you need

I’m 45 with hubby and 3 kids under ten. This location was perfect. All you need within blocks. Beach was across the street; 2 minute walk. You can rent umbrellas and chairs if needed. Parking included with your stay. The pool a had a lot of chlorine so have eye drops handy. The cottage #1900 was outstanding. Detached. Two bedrooms with king beds. One bath. Full kitchen. An enclosed patio with back door. Trash dump is a 3 minute walk. Washer/drier pay to use. The unit had all you needed. I completely recommend. Checkin was easy and checkout was after hours; dropping envelope at the front office. Thank you and we would be back!

Great property and very close to the beach

Property was clean and very close to the beach. Kitchen was nice with enough supplies to cook for 5 people. Screened porch was nice. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend renting.

Great location / cute cottage!

We just got back from a wonderful stay at this little cottage. The beach was easily accessible and the screened in porch was an added bonus, especially when returning wet from the beach. The condo was well equipped and even had extras (toilet paper, soap, spices etc.) The only recommendation I would make is that they leave a broom and mop in the unit so that people can clean the floors throughout their stay. On our first day, my kids took off their shoes and their feet were black within an hour. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Great Location. Great Property.

The condo was as pictured. AC worked great for those muggy Florida May days. Beds were pretty comfortable. The internet was a little iffy, but we didn't really spend a lot of time on it, so I didn't bother calling it in. We stayed in unit 1900 which has a outdoor fenced in patio with a table and chairs - which was nice to have. Super close to the beach and bars/restaurants. Would definitely choose this place again.

This property was amazing and perfect for what we needed! I would 100% stay again. There was an issue with the toilet when we got there but they sent someone out the next day and fixed it. Super easy!

Such a great deal. Great location right on the beach. Nice pool. All of the neighbors were very friendly. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars. We will be repeat customers for sure!

Can't wait to go back

The place we rented was a cute and cozy place just across the street from the beach. It was close to restaurants and stores, and very clean. The contactless check in and check out was very accommodating. I would love to come back with just my husband for a nice little getaway. I would highly recommend.
