Loved our stay. Location is perfection. Room clean, bed comfortable. Only con was horrible water pressure. We were at the beach so who cares.

We enjoyed our stay with Gulf Winds, this was the second time we have stayed here and look forward to next year's visit! Easy check in, renovated unit near the pool and very clean. Teresa is wonderful!

Our experience was good again. This was our fourth stay- we have returned annually...because we love the location, and we know the facilities and property are kept up nicely. And Theresa is great in the office- helpful and friendly and efficient and resourceful.. Very special praise for Tony, for all the great work that he does ( (including quickly fixing the pool rope during my last hour there before leaving). He really keeps the area nice. This was the 3rd different unit we stayed in of four; this was beautiful and new inside, including appliances and bathroom, etc. And the bed was ultra comfortable. We hope that on return visits we can secure one of our ( or any) units in the pool square. We also love that there is a laundromat on the property for us.

Location, location, location!

We truly enjoyed our stay here and wish it didn't have to end! The location is incredible being just steps from the beach, in walking distance to many great restaurants, an easy drive down to Pass-e-Grille & up to Clearwater and over to Tampa. Parking was a huge perk during our stay especially because beach public parking gets a bit crazy on the weekends. We loved the pool, nice staff & neighbors, easy check in & check out, our room even came with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a small cooler, and sunscreen! Highly recommend.

Clean, updated unit. The area is perfect for family’s with children of all ages.

We look forward to visiting Upham Beach in the near future. Lots of good food and entertainment.

Awesome place right across the street from the beach.

We had a nice quiet beach vacation. The unit was exactly what we expected based on the online listing. No surprises. Check in/out was quick and efficient.
